Professional and friendly to work with!

Kristi was such a great event coordinator to work with! She was quick to respond to our emails or questions we had along the way! She is very organized & knew exactly what we wanted for our wedding. The wedding was amazing due to the behind the scenes work Kristi was doing! She was there the entire time in case we needed anything or had more questions. The chef, makes absolutely wonderful tasting food! The staff were all very friendly & eager to help if needed! Absolutely recommend this venue for your dream wedding! They are very organized, friendly & professional!

AMAZING Wedding experience

Thank you to Kendelle, Chris and team for such an amazing experience. The staff from the beginning were absolutely amazing. Very professional, so helpful and amazing food and service. My husband and I are so lucky to have had our wedding at such a great place. Our guests raved about the rooms, spa service and the great professionalism and friendliness from all the staff. Kendelle helped me from the beginning of the process to the end of the process and can’t thank her and the Niagara Crossing staff enough. You made our day absolutely magical.

Beautiful venue on the Niagara River

Kendelle was so easy to work with! She assisted us with planning a beautiful ceremony and reception during the COVID pandemic. Kendelle and the team at Niagara Crossing assisted us with planning a COVID safe wedding that was so wonderful. The food was SO GOOD! (I highly recommend the glazed carrots!) From the ceremony, the reception, setting things up, the rooms, and the honeymoon suite, everything was done in a professional manner and we couldn't be happier with how are day went!
Thank you all again! Helen and Kyle

I had my wedding ceremony and reception here, and it is the most beautiful venue! The space is simple yet elegant, and requires minimal decorations. I had my ceremony outside on the second floor balcony, but they also have the option for indoor ceremonies. The food was delicious! Kendelle, the wedding coordinator, was more than helpful and went out of her way to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible.

I am so glad I chose the Barton Hill Hotel for my wedding venue. While searching for the perfect place for my reception I became very discourage...nothing out there felt right. That is until I walked into the Barton Hill. It was early December when we first visited and the lobby was beautiful with lights around the pillars and the gorgeous hardwood floors. Nicole the wedding coordinator happened to be there and was available to show me around. She is the greatest! She showed us the reception space and answered a ton of questions. I immediately booked the space with her. The reception hall is pretty but it was the balcony that sold me! We had an early October wedding and we were counting on decent weather to allow guests to get some fresh air. Luckily the weather was great!! Barton Hill allowed us to put lights around the balcony and it was everything I wanted! The food was AMAZING!! I had a taste testing and they made most of the items I wanted to try. It was seriously so hard to pick because they all were great! The salmon, pork chop, and strip steak is what we decided on. People raved about the salmon and pork and smashed potatoes! The food was the best I've had at a wedding by far. Nicole and Kendyll worked so hard to make my day come together as I wanted. They even moved the location of the bar to make my seating chart work!! I had a wedding of 135 people. It was fine for that size but I wouldn't go any larger. Smaller would be great too. Having the hotel rooms there was awesome and so many of our guests got rooms. The rooms are all so pretty. If you are thinking about the Barton Hill as a venue I would say go for it!! I read older reviews and honestly I think it must have been old management or something because I don't have a bad thing to say! They do ask your DJ to turn the music down at 10:00, which I was nervous it would kill the party (as I read in someone's review). But I didn't even notice a change in volume!!!

beautiful venue with boutique hotel

We had an amazing evening and morning thanks to the fantastic service and great venue. Kendelle was extremely helpful in dealing with those last minute details that needed attention. She was professional and worked tirelessly all night to make the wedding a roaring success! We were looking for a venue with hotel rooms that didn't feel like a wedding factory. Niagara Crossing was a wise choice. Food was enjoyed by everyone, service was attentive, venue was beautiful! The night went perfectly and everyone had a wonderful time. I am so glad we also decided to splurge on a full breakfast the next morning for our out of town guests to have a nice meal before their trip home. It was great to be able to socialize and say goodbye in a private room but what made it worth every penny was the quality of the food served! Kudos to Chris, the chef! Our guests raved about the meals at the wedding and also the delicious breakfast! Thank you to the entire staff and a special shout out to Kendelle and Chris!

I recently had my bridal shower here and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff is more than accommodating and friendly. I had multiple guests come to me and compliment how good the food was. They were also extremely flexible with the timing of food and how long we utilized the room, as well as making changes to the menu in the planning stages. And not to mention, it's a wonderful location and a great view... a sunny day is an added bonus because it also has a spacious outside patio. I highly recommend Barton Hill as a venue for any wedding needs.
