Amazing, intimate, and meaningful are just 3 words I use to talk about our wedding and the crew! September 2020, my husband and I hosted our ceremony on The Yacht America.

This venue, and it’s crew, create such meaning and connection with every part of the experience that you cannot get a typical venue. Raising the sails as brothers and groomsmen, walking down our aisle with an ocean view, and saying I Do with a view of the City we fell in love in, were just 3 high points of our wedding.

Do not let the yacht fool you, our ceremony included flower grandmas, a unity ceremony, and even a first dance. This venue is perfect for intimacy topped with amazing views and fresh ocean air. There is ample space to achieve your wedding ceremony dreams.

We finished the night with a tray passed champagne toast which made us feel like the most important couple in the world. I cannot say enough praise of this venue, from the crew helping make your event run smoothly, to all the boat has to offer, you will not be disappointed in choosing this venue!

Our wedding was certainly one to remember, thanks to the Yacht America. My fiancé and I knew we wanted a unique wedding that brought our love of sailing and water into our special day. We were able to treat our guests to a stunning sunset cruise in San Diego Bay, followed by a dinner at our bayside restaurant of choosing. Our guests were blown away by the whole event and we love seeing all the gorgeous golden hour photos of everyone on board. Thank you to everyone aboard that helped make our day an absolute dream!

We chose not to decorate the Yacht America and let the boat speak for itself. We had a small wedding of 50 people and the boat was absolutely perfect, we had everything we needed. It was great to have a unique outdoor wedding without needed to rent supplies. We were on a strict budget and Next Level Sailing worked with us to make it happen. I would definitely recommend to someone else!
