I had an absolutely wonderful experience at New York Bride & Co.! I had my first consultation in August 2022 for my June 2023 wedding and Kayla helped me out. She was excellent and so kind. The dress selection is amazing and I told Kayla some ideas of what I was looking for. Fortunately, I saw a dress on display as soon as I walked in and it was like love at first sight! After trying on two or three dresses, I tried the one I saw on display and knew it was the one. Kayla placed a veil on me and the tears ran down my face! New York Bride & Co. contacted me as soon as my veil and dress were ready, and picking them up was a seamless process. I can't recommend or thank New York Bride & Co. enough!

From start to finish, I had the best experience buying my wedding dress at NY Bride & Co! My consultant Laura was beyond helpful! She made the process so easy! She helped me pick a few dresses that matched my vision and after only 5 dresses, I knew I found the one! She didn’t pressure me and made me feel so comfortable. I got my dream wedding dress from NY Bride & Co. after several recommendations from friends and they did not disappoint! I was incredibly nervous during the beginning of my appointment as I was afraid I wouldn’t find something, that nothing would feel right, and that I wouldn’t feel confident, but Cheryl and the other staff members put me at ease and helped me find “the” dress; they were wonderful throughout the entire process.

During the time that I was dress shopping, COVID was very prevalent and there were limits to the number of people who could be in the store, but the staff allowed me to set up a laptop in the corner to host Zoom call with friends and family who couldn’t come in-person and it worked so perfectly!

Not only were they accommodating, but they calmed my nerves and helped me narrow my search after the first few dresses which helped in my decision making process. I was also surprised by how affordable their dresses were overall; I was worried that there wouldn’t be a lot to choose from given my price range, but they had a wide variety right within my range, which ultimately made picking my dream dress even easier! While they don’t do alterations at the shop, they provided a list of seamstresses they recommended which was very helpful. Overall, they were patient, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me feel confident and beautiful.

If you are looking for beautiful and unique dresses this place is absolutely amazing. Had me in the perfect dress and managed to get it to me in only 2 months. The building is clean and bright and the staff is helpful and professional.

I bought my dress in the middle of COVID. For most brides, this probably sounds like a terrible time. New York Bride & Co made my experience so wonderful with everything going on. The selection of dresses they have is amazing, and they carried the designer I fell in love with (All Who Wander). I ended up picking the first dress I tried on! I felt like such a princess during my appointment. I highly recommend!

Everyone was extremely friendly and making an appointment was easy - even during COVID in August of 2020. The place was clean, organized, detail-oriented, supportive, and all around a great dress shopping experience. As a plus-sized women they had a large selection of dresses I could try on in many different styles which was super exciting as other shops failed to accommodate for larger bodies. The dress came in an average amount of time, ordered to the right size though as with every wedding dress it did need to be tailored to fit. They recommended a local tailor who did a great job. Overall, would recommend to any bride.

New York Bride was such a wonderful experience for my wedding dress shopping! I went with my bridesmaids and Mother and Mother in Law and had the best time trying on dresses. They were able to help me find my dream dress and were so on top of things when I would say I didn't like something or loved something. I honestly thought my dream dress was just in my head and didn't exist, especially for my budget, but they helped me find exactly what I had always pictured!

I had gone through a few bridals that day and was finding nothing that suited me. When I came New York Bride, I ended up not only getting THE dress but also a beautiful cathedral veil that matched perfectly. Everyone at New York Bride was kind, and offered insight, especially the nice woman who helped me with my dress Nancy! She also was the one who offered my beautiful veil to me, and all of it for a good price! Just married a few months ago and I felt like Cinderella, thank you much Nancy and all of you.

Everybody that I worked with here was amazing especially Alexandra Han who did the alterations. She was beyond professional and did an amazing job. I can not say enough good things about her.

I had a truly enjoyable experience dress shopping at New York Bride & Co. I was dress shopping alone and everyone made me feel welcome and supported! Leanne was marvelous! She helped me try on a handful of dresses and was engaged, supportive, patient and kind. I felt so taken care of! I would highly recommend buying your dress here. What a tailored, intentional experience without the pretentious vibe that I feared with dress shopping.
