Nadia created outstanding dishes that had tremendous flavor. Everyone at the wedding talked about how wonderful the food was and went back for seconds. Nadia cooks her food with love while putting in the hard work to make the meal perfect. This was the best food we have ever had at a wedding and look forward to a day when we can have another one of Nadia's outstanding meals.

Working with Nadi Plates for our backyard wedding was fantastic. Zach did a site walk though early on and made recommendations based on our venue and vibe. He helped us design our menu and always communicated clearly when I had questions about pricing, transportation, timing, etc. On the day of the event, Zach's team was punctual, professional, and worked swiftly behind the scenes. Our guests loved the meal. The whole production felt high-end at an affordable price!

Food was a top priority for our wedding and we made the best possible choice with Nadi Plates! We were sold one course into our tasting that whatever menu we put together would be tasty and crowd-pleasing. Nadi had great options for different catering styles - we opted for stations which suited our wedding size and venue. They also easily accommodated our dietary preferences including vegan and gluten free. Months later, our guests are still raving about the pasta bar and getting seconds (some thirds!)

We had a small wedding and worked with the team at Nadi Plates for a drop off of food. Even though their bread and butter is cooking onsite, all of the food was excellent, hot and the guests are still raving about it. The service from the team from initial inquiry, to tasting to day of was seamless.

We could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding! We had a large wedding around 180 people and served everything family style and it was FLAWLESS. Every interaction leading up to our day was spectacular. We never felt alone in the process and they were always there for anything we needed. The hit of the entire wedding! Nadia, Zach, and team did such an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of food (our guests said it was the best wedding food ever!), the logistics, and the day of execution. Highly recommend!

We thought we had our wedding caterer picked out until we met Nadi Plates at an Open House at St. James 1868. My family comes from a strong Italian heritage so when we met Nadia & Zach we never turned back. They hosted us at their home for a private food tasting, every dish made by hand. This really sealed the deal for my husband & I. When it came to the wedding day, I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing because Zach was so organized and communicated all of the details with us ahead of time. I would 1000000% recommend Nadi Plates over & over again!

Nadia Plates was the first vendor we were introduced to. We saw them at a wedding showcase and immediately placed them at the top of our list. The process that followed exceeded our expectations. From the tasting to the reception, everything was a masterpiece of professionalism. Not to mention the food! Their delicious Italian-style menu caters to all tastes and aesthetics. We would definitely recommend them for any catering needs.

Nadi plates was absolutely amazing to us! They were easy and accommodating, had no problems explaining and answering ANY questions I had in an exceptionally quick fashion. They welcomed us and treated us as if we were family! Not only were we treated like family, the food was OUTSTANDING! Weeks after our wedding, our family & friends were still talking about the food at our wedding! When we met Zach at their mobile kitchen the very first time, we knew right away we were going to be in good hands. The initial tasting was so delicious, that it was a no brainer on who we wanted to cater our wedding. It was so delicious in fact, we didn’t even feel the need to do a tasting with any other company afterwards.

Following the tasting, Zach was always available and attentive with any random questions we had for him. He even made himself available to attend our final walkthrough at our venue, to make sure everyone was on the same path for our big day.

The day of couldn’t have gone smoother! They were professional and courteous from start to finish. We can not think of a single person who attended our wedding, that did not mention how amazing the food was!

We went with the 3 stations option, and it worked out amazingly. The fresh carved beef filets were naturally a hit, being tender enough to cut with a spoon usually wins over a crowd…along with the pasta and chicken entree dishes that you can taste the love and homemade flavor in.

To wrap up this review, working with Zach and Nadi plates felt like a true pleasure, and the food they serve is beyond amazing, which pairs well with the professional and thoughtful team they have. They were an important part in our big day, and they definitely helped make our day even more special.
