Mystical Sounds Productions is by far the best lighting/ sound/ production in Hawaii. Joe is extremely professional and responsive. We were on a tight budget and he was able to give us creative ideas to meet our needs, execute our vision and stay on budget. He is a miracle worker!

did an amazing job on our wedding reception! they were really good in putting all my music together and the uplighting was perfect ambience..I would highly recommend them!

We had our wedding in Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch and booked Mysitical Sound Productions as suggested by Kualoa. Our first communication with Joe was by phone and he was friendly and easy to talk to. From our one conversation he knew exactly what we wanted. We liked the variety of music him and his team played. He asked us for a list of music we wanted and a list of music we didn't want to hear. MSP had great timing and professionalism. Joe even MC'd some of the night which was awesome! He even started a dance battle, which was the highlight of the night!

Joe and his team catered to our taste so easily and were so organised. As we were from Australia they were highly recommended by our wedding planner, we went with it and are so happy we did.
Our guests raved that the music was fantastic. My partner is from samoan background and they also catered to those needs.
Cant recommend them enough. You will not be sorry.

Joe Ho and Mystical Sounds Productions, did the video disco and uplighting at our wedding at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. I would highly recommend them. There professionalism is unmatched. And I know because I am very familiar with the industry, being that I was a part of it many years ago. I wish that I would have added more of their upgraded services to the reception to make it an even more amazing day!

Joe an his staff went above and beyond for our wedding!!! His team not only made sure the sound for our ceremony was perfect but he also did an exceptional job at our reception which had live performances. Hands down the best sound and lighting company in Hawaii. The up-lighting transformed our ballroom into a grand reception area, during video presentations we had these gorgeous "stars" light up the ceiling, and our guests loved the lighting effects during the dancing.
When we had our first dance, the fog that filled the dance floor made us feel like we were dancing on the clouds. Mystical Sounds truly made our wedding extra magical! Their attention to detail and professionalism put me at ease and I didn't have to worry about them once. It was flawless and I would HIGHLY recommend MSP for any function, they were worth every penny for our dream wedding.

Mystical sounds production did an amazing job at our wedding. Joe was awesome to work with and we really couldn't ask for a better vendor. Joe is very responsive to all correspondences and take initiatives coordinating with the hotel and other vendors. We took all the advises Joe gave us and did not regret spending a single penny, we definitely get our money worth. Advise: take Joe's advises. :)

I have known Joe Ho since high school -- a LONG time ago. Throughout the years and his many successes, he is the same person inside and out.

We were disorganized (to say the least) and were on a budget. We knew we wanted good music and entertainment for the wedding, but were well aware that champagne taste on a beer budget is never good.

We are fortunate to be friends with Darren Porlas (formerly the lead singer of Chant) who was gracious enough to commit as our "wedding singer" (who,by the way, got rave reviews and everyone was asking about), but we still needed a dee-jay and emcee. Enter Joe Ho.

The thing about Joe is that he is very genuine. What you see is what you get. No facade, no games. He tells you how it is and is real about things. He got us our emcee in about fifteen minutes by calling him while we sat in front of him in the "VIP room" upstairs at The Wedding Cafe. Slick Vic, who my husband wanted, was booked for another venue, but squeezed us in between his gigs that day for Joe.

I don't know why I waited so long to contact Joe. He is well-connected and respected because he is the best at what he does, but remains humble. No one else in Hawaii does it like he does. Our reception was awesome because of him. Mystical Sounds had several other gigs the same evening, but he made sure to stop by to our wedding to wish us well.

On a side note, one of the musicians from Darren's band left some instruments behind at the hotel ballroom. Joe called me and we got him in touch with Darren. Joe actually delivered them to Darren! This is how cool he is.

Joe is the best at what he does because he truly cares about people. Thanks Joe for making our wedding a wonderful and memorable night!
