We already felt confident about our choice early on, but it was immediately confirmed when we attended an event December 2024, that he happened to be DJing as well! From the very beginning, James was professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. He took the time to understand our music preferences and the overall vibe we were going for. From our very first call, he was incredibly personable and we ended up talking for over an hour! By the end of that conversation, my husband and I knew without a doubt that James was the one we wanted as our wedding DJ. James has years of experience as a NYC DJ and has an impressive resume of events he has been a part of and it shows!

On the big day, everything flowed seamlessly. We shared our music preferences with James, but also gave him the freedom to read the crowd and do his thing and he delivered. The transitions between songs were smooth, and he did an amazing job keeping the energy up. We had guests of all ages, and somehow everyone ended up on the dance floor at some point!

He also handled announcements with confidence and clarity, which kept everything organized without feeling forced or overly scripted. Our first dance and all the special moments were timed perfectly, and we really appreciated his attention to detail.

We've had so many guests tell us how much fun they had and how great the music was and we completely agree. Even my dad (in his 60s) is asking for the reception playlist because he loved it so much!

I came across DJ James through my personal online research. His service charge was reasonable, and worth it! We spent half our wedding reception dancing, and quite honestly it was one of the most memorable moments of the night! He knows how to read the room well, and adapted the music seamlessly! Man where do I start?! Needed a DJ after firing one, 1 week prior to wedding day july 2024. Hands down BEST DJ I’ve came across in my 29 years living. Mr. James Vincent really brought his A Game & knocked it out the park. My family is from the North Shore of Oahu, Kahana. They NEVER have experienced a DJ mash up of all genres of music. DJ James got taste, flavor, variety, culture and vibes. Most professional and responsible DJ hired to turn it up and shut it down.

We can’t thank Dj James enough! Our wedding planning was done in less than 3 months and Dj James was recommending to us through our planner. We weren’t picky and let him know our vibe and ideas and he executed our dream playlist for us. We loved his vibe and energy he kept our wedding flowing and knew exactly what music to play to get our guests dancing.

DJ James Vincent did our wedding in June 2024 and he was the best DJ I have ever experienced. The music was so good we couldn't and didn't want to stop dancing. He is very talented and good at reading the crowd...the dance floor was legit never empty. He was hands down better than all the bar and concert DJs I have experienced and I would hire him again in a heart beat.
