I would not be happier, bought a beautiful Berta dress that they shipped from Israel. Was was smooth!

I am so happy that I got my wedding dress at Musette. They have a beautiful range of great designers (middle of the line to top of the line I would say), and were SO accommodating when I wanted to do things like get additional dresses from specific designers shipped to try on, make changes to my dress after I ordered it, etc. I was beyond thrilled with the level of service and the end product - if they carry the designers you like, GO HERE FOR SURE!!

I bought my dress here and had it altered at their in-house seamstress. Both women who helped me were just lovely. My dress had a deep scoop back and the seamstress helped me find a solution so that I could still wear a bra.

I had a great experience at Musette. Reese picked the most beautiful dress for me. It's everything I ever dreamt of and more. Lilliana did all of my alterations. She can come across a little harsh at times, but I think that's just in her nature. She did a beautiful, beautiful job on my dress. It fit like a glove on my wedding day. The only downfall was having to go into downtown Boston for fittings, but there is a small Parking Lot down the street!

Musette bridal is amazing! I went to several other stores and boutiques and none compared. Their selection is wonderful and they will really work with you and your budget and not try to show you above that - unlike other places we had tried. They allowed me to come in even without an appointment the first time and try dresses because they were slow that day. I ended up getting both my dress and veil from there. I also had alterations done there which came out really unbelievably incredible considering they had a lot of work to do with taking stuff in, adding padding, sewing bra in, and hemming a challenging bottom of gown. I cannot thank them enough because I felt so beautiful and they made the process so simple and pleasant. I have sent family members there who have had a similar experience, would strongly recommend!

I absolutely loved my experience at Musette! It is a gorgeous space with a fantastic selection of gowns - more importantly, Milena was wonderful! She helped me find my dream dress. I went back to the store several times to try it on again and to pick the color, and each time she was so kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. She even requested fabric samples from the designer for me so I could see the dress color options in person. The dress was a bit above my budget and she worked with the owner to find a more reasonable price point for me. I also loved that they offer "as-needed" alterations pricing, not just one giant flat fee.

Sadly, I ended up purchasing the dress from Nordstrom (it's an out of town wedding and we got reward points...) but I felt terrible not buying from Musette and Milena after all of their fabulous help! Finding my gown was such a fun, happy, and stress-free experience - all thanks to Milena!

From choosing a dress to alterations - I Couldn't be more happy. They never rushed me. Spent tons of time and listened. I ended up with a beautiful dress after trying out 3 others. It was altered to perfection and fit like a dream. I'd do it all over Again in a second but hopefully never will ?

I planned a fun day dress shopping with my bridesmaids in Boston, not expecting to actually find my dress (at least not expecting to find something within my budget on Newbury Street). I had already looked in several wedding dress shops around the North Shore of MA, so I was starting to have an idea of pricing / what I wanted, by the time I had my appointment at Musette. I was so impressed with the beautiful selection of dresses at Musette and pleasantly surprised by the price range!

The ladies in the sales room were very nice & definitely have an eye for what dress style will work well on a bride-to-be. I believe it was the owner, Slawa Khoory, who pulled the dress I ended up buying. She totally understood the look I wanted in a dress & what style would look best on my body!

After purchasing the dress, I was really impressed with the A+ customer service we received from Lan in alterations. It was always a lot of fun to go in for fittings at Musette with Lan & she had great recommendations for the bustle, etc. We really appreciated her friendly expertise. The week of the wedding Lan was so accommodating, going above and beyond to schedule a final fitting time that would work within our busy week-of wedding schedule.

The entire experience with Musette was wonderful, I definitely recommend them to any Boston bride-to-be :)

Musette is the best! I found the dress of my dreams at a great price with spectacular service! Everyone I worked with was amazing, the tailor found little places to snip and tuck and fit that I never saw but made the dress fit me like a glove. Could not recommended them more!
