We had our ceremony at Mt. Vernon Place. The church itself is beautiful, and is a true landmark in the city. Baltimore’s Washington Monument and a park are directly outside the church, so it is a great location for pictures and formals as well.

The pastor, Pastor Craig Moore, was great. He was professional and friendly. We were able to work with him to create a service that was traditional, yet also reflected our personalities and inviting for our guests.

Our ceremony was in early May, and the temperature inside the church was nice. Be aware that the church does not have air conditioning, so if looking for a late summer wedding, the church can be a bit hot. Also, the church is not handicap accessible which could be a challenge.
