Moses T's was amazing. They drove an hour and a half to do a taste testing with us. We got endless compliments on the food at our wedding. We signed to waiver to keep the rest of our food and my family was able to freeze and reheat it after the wedding and it was just as good. We couldn't be happier with their service. Would gladly reccomend to anyone!

There are not enough words to describe their food and their services. They are in everyway perfect. They worked with me in every step of the way to make sure it was easy sailing. The biggest part I appreciated is from the start they felt like family.

The food was excellent and the service was too. There was a wreck on I-85 that closed the highway for 3 hours consequently they were late getting started but that was not their fault. Their pricing was very good per person and we were able to give a final count one week before the event and reduce the cost. They are sending me a check for the difference.

I felt good about them from the start and they proved me right. Me being in the culinary profession myself for sometime, I understand what it takes to prepare meals for large group. Their ability to take care of 300 guest and the food not loose any quality is amazing to me. Their class and work ethic surpassed even my expectations, and for that I applaud them. We've worked with caterers in the past who will not answer the phone or return calls on time after you have paid, Chef Q stays with through the whole process, he makes you feel as if your the most important person to him at that time. In short our lake recetpion was the cake and Moses T's was the icing, pardon the corny pun. I urge you to work with them you will not regret it.

They totally blew us away with the setup, the staffs knowledge & professionalism, and above all the food was out of this world. They stayed in contact with us every step of the way so I never have any worries through the process. To bring home how great the food was they won over my mother in-law who hates everything. Lol ;) We will defiantly be requesting their services again.

We are so glad we booked Moses T's for our wedding! The chef came out to our house to do a tasting with us...not just once, but twice! And Moses T's was the only catering company that actually called me on the phone to talk about my wedding plans after I submitted an email inquiry. The personal service certainly continued. A menu of salad, rolls, BBQ chicken, Mac n cheese and green beans --plus appetizers--was delicious! And an incredible value, which really mattered to us. Thank you Moses T's!

We used Moses T's Catering for our wedding at The Penn House on 9/30/18. The food overall was very good and guests seemed to enjoy it. I was disappointed that I had asked specifically for a vegan pasta option and they put cheese in the pasta. My sister is vegan and had nothing she could eat. My sister in law went searching for something my sister could eat and she said the staff were very rude to her. The food was worth it for the price but I believe things could have been handled better.
