Mon Delice creates beautiful, clean cakes as demonstrated on the company's social media presence. The neatness and creativity of her cakes were the reason we decided to choose this vendor for our wedding cake. Pricing is competitive and professionalism is good. An area of improvement involves the following: On our wedding day, the cake did not meet all requests that were placed on our contract. The pearls accents that were expected on the cake were missing without a follow-up explanation and one of the four cake layers arrived rippled. It had a rippled, melting appearance and was not smooth or neat as I seen on the baker's website and previous pictures. This outcome did limit cake picture selections for our photo album as we did not want the rippled/melting appearance in our permanent photo album.

Di is amazing at baking wedding cakes and other sweets too. She worked well with my family to please everyone's input which isn't easy to do. She listened to our visions and blended it into a final design that I'm anxious to see. If you are getting married in the DMV area and have a need for a glamorous cake, or dessert table call Di first!
