Monica & Jose were by far the greatest asset to our wedding. We hired them for the day of coordinating and they went above & beyond that. They worked their magic despite the rain call and made sure our day went according to plan. We didn’t skip a beat. Monica made sure we ate, and the party didn’t stop even with a few hiccups (Non MO&CO related). Our guest loved all of our details and we have not stopped hearing what a wonderful experience everyone had! We highly recommend MO&CO!!

People always tell you how important it is to have a wedding planner, but you can’t understand their true value until you’ve experienced it for yourself. Monica and Jose made our last month before the wedding a breeze. All the things we had left on our checklist was made easier and possible with Monica’s help. During our site visit she was incredibly detailed and was sure to clarify specifics with the venue (many of which were things I had yet to think of). She helped us construct a timeline, kept us on track with pending tasks, and was coordinating everything with all the vendors... I got to sit back and relax. I knew Monica had it all handled.
On the day of Monica and Jose were on top of it all. They were great at keeping all our vendors, family & wedding party in communication with each other when it was needed. Monica was constantly checking up on me and made sure I had everything I needed. When I didn’t, she was running around the hotel to grab whatever it was. I really felt like I didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Monica was so thorough and prepared. She is friendly, calm, and a true professional! One of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding was hiring Monica as our planner. We opted to have a smaller, COVID-friendly backyard wedding, but still ended up with 55 people in attendance. I have a stressful day job and decided (pretty last minute) with a few weeks out that I needed a planner to help. I was unprepared for the big day, and had a lot of loose ends to tie up with weeks to go. Monica far outdid my expectations, and was able to quickly help us get organized for the big day.

Working with Monica felt like working with a friend. She went so above & beyond to ensure that my dream wedding became a reality. She even created a "vision board" to help me determine which linens & chairs to go with! She thought of every small detail and every large detail. Because of Monica, I was able to relax & enjoy on my wedding day, knowing I was in good hands. She's not afraid to roll up her sleeves to ensure that your big day goes smoothly, without a hitch. I can't imagine how stressed I would have been on the day of, if we hadn't had her help! I can't recommend her enough - working with a planner (and Monica in particular) will help you ensure that you're able to actually ENJOY the day you've waited your entire life for! Monica is a BEAST!!! There was absolutely NO way we could have planned our wedding without her! Her and her husband were so sweet and their attention to detail was on point. They went above and beyond helping us move our wedding due to the pandemic. We were able to fully relax and enjoy our wedding day knowing that it was in good hands. Where do I even start? Words cannot express how much of a true asset and investment Mo & Co was to our wedding. If it was not for Monica and Jose, our wedding dreams would’ve never been brought to life. When my husband and I got engaged in Venice last year, I had reached out to her because we wanted a leap year wedding and I knew planners would be booking up quick. Monica ended up being available and we knew we wanted to book her for our full-service planning experience. From the moment we booked Mo & Co, everything felt so natural and our wedding planning process was the least stressful thing in our lives. My husband and I are both always on the go and traveling, so having a full-service planner for our destination wedding would be essential. The wedding was hosted on my parent’s property in Gainesville, Florida. We knew that we did not want a traditional wedding, we wanted a huge party with a ton of food and drinks. My husband and I don’t take ourselves too seriously, and we did not want this to be a stuffy event or another run of the mill wedding. Monica and Jose immediately loved our vision and what we wanted to capture for the day of. My husband and I already had in mind a couple of vendors that we wanted to use from a food truck standpoint, because wanted a food truck wedding. Having Monica, with her group of amazing team of vendors really tied everything together and a couple of vendors ended up having a family and connection to Gainesville, which couldn’t have been more meant to be! She guided us to the perfect florist (this coming from the non-flower loving girl), and the most amazing grazing table that tied in my Hispanic Latin flare to the wedding, since the hubby had his BBQ food truck. Everything from planning, to calls, to detailing, to execution couldn’t have been more perfect. The day of the wedding was so beautiful and was truly everything we wanted and so much more. To this day, we had so many of our friends and family stating that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to and our wedding is the example of how weddings should be and that was all thanks to Mo & Co. Monica and Jose pour themselves into what they do, and it really shows with the end-product. Not once during the planning process did my husband and I feel stressed, if anything we were sad the planning process would be coming to an end and we would no longer have our planning calls or meetings with Monica and Jose. During our nine-month engagement, we grew very fond of Monica and Jose, and it made us love the process of planning a wedding and we gained true friends from this. The saddest part was when everything was over, and we had said our see you laters. Looking back at our wedding, the things I will remember and take with me forever, was the day of, spending time with family and friends, and the fun we had with planning our wedding and the relationships and bonds that were formed with Mo & Co, along with our other friendors. Do not think twice about hiring Mo & Co for your special day, it is the best investment and peace of mind you will ever have.

ahh, how to begin.. Monica "MO &CO" is beyond amazing! she was sooo helpful throughout my entire planning process, everything from meetings to week of (crunch time). She made my wedding day the smoothest it could be. i always hear people say "something always goes wrong on your wedding day, so do not be upset".. honestly, NOTHING went wrong. it was the best experience ever, thanks to her. oh, and cant forget her hubby, Jose (the CO in Mo&Co).. he was so helpful on wedding day too. shes so great, i would totally recommend her 1000x more to everyone. go HIRE her! you wont regret it.. shes also the sweetest, brought me cupcake to my wedding day suite for me and my girls to indulge, whats better than that!?. Monica was amazing to work with. I live in Texas, and after some family drama, I found myself planning a destination wedding on my own across the Gulf of Mexico in Miami. I knew I needed a planner if anything was going to work out, and thankfully Monica was recommended to me by planners I had reached out to that were booked the weekend of my wedding. I gave Monica a very limited budget (less than $10,000), a small reception venue filled with boxes (like only 6 tables fit kind of small), a very limited amount of time to work with (just a couple months), and she gave me a very beautiful and personalized wedding experience. Our wedding day had all the components we wanted: delicious cake, yummy treats, an espresso bar, and beautiful flowers galore. Monica worked with my family very well to coordinate everything from floral arrangements to room planning to rental pick up and delivery. Her husband helped with making sure everything went to plan on wedding day, and they were both very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Tommy and I are both so glad we chose to work with Monica and Jose and thankful that they chose to work with us.
