Best DJ we could’ve hired!

Steve is awesome in every possible way. I found out about him through my friend’s wedding he was hired for two years ago. He did a great job, so I wanted to make sure I hired him for my own wedding whenever I did get married. Well, 2 years later, I hired him just as I planned. He was super helpful, kind, thorough, and professional from start to finish. His communication was great even up to the wedding day, and all throughout the wedding day. You can tell he actually cares about making this the best wedding we can have, and that we’re not just another number or a client to him. He actually cares about his work and it shows in the quality of his work. I will recommend him to everyone.

So worth it!

We HIGHLY recommend DJ Steve to anyone getting married! HE WAS THE BEST! We thoroughly appreciated his professionalism, his charisma, and the way he interacted with us and our invites at our wedding. He mixed our playlist so well and made the most of our dance time! He also was so organized and MC’d our reception time excellently.

He just gets it!

Can't rave enough about Steve! Hands down the easiest vendor we worked with for our wedding! One phone call and it was DONE! He got a feel for what we wanted and executed perfectly. He did all the hard work for us! Our guests never left the dance floor! His playlist covered all the music we wanted and more! He read the room flawlessly, NO AWKWARD PAUSES, or songs that people walked away for. NON STOP FUN! This is the easiest vendor you'll book, I PROMISE!

Wedding Day DJ

Steve did such an awesome job on our wedding day. He was super responsive and attentive to any concerns or questions I had. He helped find music that was for all of our guests. We had a wide age range (college students to grandparents), but he found music for us all to enjoy. He gave us so many games to play during our reception that had guests involved and never left time for guests to be “bored”. He made our day so amazing and memorable. I highly suggest DJ Steve! ☺️

Steve was great from the start. Asked what we needed and had his list to apply all the songs and names from website which made it easy and simple. Kept in touch through the whole process and made us feel comfortable. He also helped with the step by step process during the wedding, that was awesome. He was billingual which that was a plus. Communicates well and always available. He supplies a mic for the ceremony and his has a wide range of music. His music was absolutely incredible and we danced the night away.

October 2024 Wedding

We had a great experience with Mindscape Entertainment, especially with Steve. He gave us everything we needed from providing a music timeline template for the day of to templates for our Photo Booth photos. The guests loved the music choices and he did a great job of reading our music tastes and vibe for the reception. He was very professional, timely, and flexible when it came to our music decisions during the ceremony. Highly recommend and thank you!

If you don’t want to worry about anything…

DJ Steve is your guy! Not only can he put together the perfect playlist with a few suggestions, but he also has lights and Photo Booth that really add to the party. He created a custom photo strip that perfectly matched all our wedding collateral and then we got a file with all the strips and videos of everyone taking their photos.

He had the crowd dancing the entire time, even my 86 year old dad was dancing to YMCA!

The icing on the cake was our exit 2nd Line parade in honor of Larry’s New Orleans background. We couldn’t find a band and he DJ Steve suggested Louis Armstrong’s “When the Saints Go Marching In”. It revved up the crowd and saved us at least $500!!

No wedding goes perfectly, but if you hire DJ Steve you won’t have to worry about your guests having a blast!!

The very best! 12/10 recommend

We hired steve for our wedding in June, and he was the VERY best! He was extremely helpful in helping us create our timeline, and was adaptive when things didn’t go as planned. The day of, he was very attentive, let my husband and I sit back throughout the wedding, and had the dance floor full all night. Our family let us know they also loved him, and a few asked for his information. We are so happy we went with Steve and highly recommend him!

Best wedding DJ ever!!

Steve was amazing from beginning to end! Very friendly and personable. He was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Once getting closer to the day of the wedding he really made sure he was on top of everything and made sure to keep checking in with us. During the day of the wedding he was great! No awkwardness when he was on the mic speaking to the guests. And of course, the music! He played exactly what we wanted but he was also great in feeling out the crowd and playing what he thought would go best! My wife and I, hands down, HIGHLY, recommend Steve! Thank you for everything Steve!
