Candice was amazing to work with; she listened to me, understood my vision, and was able to change directions midway through the appointment. Kayla made my wedding dress shopping experience wonderful. She made sure everyone was taken care of and had the perfect dresses picked out for me. She even had example bridesmaid dresses set out so I could see how my colors would look with my dress. She went the extra mile to check out my social media and see what kind of style I was looking for, I had a hard time picking one dress, I wanted them all. I can’t wait for my dress to arrive

They personalized my experience with hand picked dresses and a package of goodies. My family and I had a very memorable experience and we found my dress! The staff were very friendly and professional. This was the first and only place we went to for dress shopping. The dresses are a little pricey but the dress I loved was on the clearance rack and in my budget.

Michelle's is such a great place for dresses! I didn't have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in! We found THE dress quickly and in my size!! They even let us come in the next day again for me to try it on once more for my family. I picked out the bridesmaid dresses online and they were able to get the same style in for when I had the bridesmaids try it on to make sure they loved it. Almost every time I came in they let me try on my dress again! They always let me know when the sales were happening and when the bridesmaid dresses came in. They held my dress for me until the week of since I live in Arizona and couldn't get it any sooner, plus I had to make sure it still fit post baby! All the staff members are very friendly and very helpful! I continuously recommend Michelle's to everyone I know in Illinois!

The staff at Michelle's is phenomenal. Alex was the best consultant I could have asked for. My first dress session (at a different salon) was a complete disaster. Alex took the time to listen and get to know me in order to make it the best appointment possible. I found my dress that day and am so grateful for her.
