Michelle and her husband Eric take gorgeous photographs. We met with a number of photographers, and kept coming back to the Turners. They were our only splurge, and I considered it a good investment. At the time, they offered a package that included no album, just a hi-res DVD of all images, which was exactly what we wanted. Now, all their packages include albums, which makes them expensive - it would have put them outside our budget at the time when we got married, which is why I docked half a star for Value.
I am nearly infinitely pleased with our wedding photos. I could look at them for hours, even a year later. They did an excellent job of capturing some very intimate moments that day, not only between the bride and groom, but among guests. The one really disappointing omission is my grandparents - there are none of my maternal grandmother, and the only pictures of my paternal grandparents exist because Michelle let me know they were leaving half an hour before the end of the reception, and I asked her to get some shots of me with them. We had talked specifically about this prior to the wedding, and I was assured that she would get pictures of any elderly guests, so I'm not sure how that happened. I did ask a friend with a camera to get a picture of my grandmother and me, so all's well there.
Michelle was with us from the wee hours of getting ready until the afternoon, and it was well worth having two cameras all day. We will eventually get an album from Turner Photography, as they really are exquisite, but for now I'm just happy to look through our DVD and relive the day.
