The service was beyond excellent, and my fiancé is so ecstatic at the incredible discount we received. And I absolutely love my ring. It was the first place that my Fiance went to and he fell in love immediately. He went to other places after wards but the service and quality here out shined everywhere else he went. We love supporting family owned businesses especially when it's clear that it's a passion for them.

I was introduced to Michael F. through a mutual friend. And i am so glad i found him. I knew nothing about engagement rings except that they are expensive. He asked me my budget, and then sat and showed me every single option i could get. He sat there and explained the difference's of the diamonds, the cuts, the colors, the clarity. I explained to him what I was looking for and he created me the perfect ring for my wife. It was exactly what she wanted. She gets compliments on it on a daily basis. Michael will give you what you want for the best price he can. I was so happy I found him. I went back to Michael to get our wedding bands (another great experience) and will be going to him for any big jewelry purchase in the future. Michael cares about his clients. He wants you to get what you want. He will do everything he can to help you pick the perfect ring or piece that you are looking for. I have recommended Michael to 3 other people so far and every single one has been blown away by how awesome he is. Do yourself a favor and go see this man. I work just a few blocks from this storefront and found my way to Michael F & Co. less than 2 weeks before my wedding - thank God! Earlier that week, I had dropped my engagement ring off at my original jeweler to have the halo on my ring adjusted - that way a wedding band would sit flush, nicely underneath. When I picked up my ring, I was shocked to see my engagement completely changed (never agreed to that!) and no wedding band in sight.

A few doors down I found Michael F & Co., where I was met with warmth and amazing customer service in response to my "ring trauma." I literally was in tears in the middle of the store and the owner and staff assured me that everything would be OK and that they could make me a new (correct) setting and the wedding band I wanted to match... just in time for my wedding that was almost a week away at that point. This team did just that and were a pleasure to work with. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and I'm constantly reminded of the quality of their work every time I stare down at my wedding band!!!

My husband got my engagement ring here and I was absolutely amazed at how well they made my ring. It was perfect, down to every last detail. Since I was so happy with it, we got our wedding bands here too. As soon as Michael looked at my engagement ring, he knew exactly which wedding band to show me. He did not try to up-sell me at all. The wedding band and engagement ring were perfect together. He also picked out a ring that was well suited for my husband. We tried to look at/try on other rings in the store to see if we liked others, but quickly realized that Michael's choices were the best ones. It wasn't until my 3rd frustrating trip to the Diamond Exchange that I came across Michael F & Co and it was truly an oasis in the midst of hustlers. I'm not saying that the rest were necessarily looking to rip me off but you never really know fully what you are buying or how to do comparison shopping. Then I came into Michael F and within minutes Stella is showing me the full GIA appraisal reports on the gems, along with a very informative education on how to get the most for your money. But what really brought me back was when she told me to check out prices on Blue Nile and check out their reviews here!

When I came back ready to buy the diamond, she first had me examine others of similar quality but lower prices to see if I could pick it out of the line up ... to my surprise, I picked out a cheaper stone each try and wound up spending less. Stella and Michael worked with me to create a one of a kind pendant that came out great and thrilled my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary. I'll certainly be going back to them again in the years ahead.

I am so happy with my ring that I had Michael make, he knew exactly what I wanted and actually purchased amazing diamonds for my setting above what I could have imagined. Unlike many jewerlers he worked well within my husbands budget and now I go to him for cleanings. Love him.

We worked with Solomon on both engagement and wedding rings, before buying the wedding rings here. Solomon was knowledgable, forthcoming with recommendations, but also willing to listen and work with us on changes we wanted to make. We were very happy with the end product and the value, as well as the service provided. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
