As a faculty member at Bates College and jazz pianist and organist who has played over 1,500 gigs, I have the experience necessary to provide your event with top-notch musical entertainment. I am extremely tasteful and situationally appropriate with my musical choices and volume level, and sensitive to the desires of the client. Additionally, I have memorized hundreds of jazz and Great American Songbook pieces, and devoted my life to this music. I exclusively work with musicians of a similarly high calibre.

I am comfortable within a range of styles beyond jazz including pop/rock, classical and church hymns, and am happy to learn your dream pieces for ceremony music and first dances.
