Being from Los Angeles and planning a wedding in San Diego might have made some things just a little more difficult...but boy did we get lucky with Michael and Kate! Michael and Kate provided us with the most amazing wedding photos, made planning our day and the day of our wedding so easy. We initially had an engagement photo session (which I totally recommend). Kate helped us pick a beautiful location in San Diego (although she offered to drive to LA if that was what we wanted) and allowed our dog to be there! Prior to the wedding I received multiple phone calls and emails to check in. We made a plan together as to must have photos for the day. She wanted to know our immediate family members or anticipated special guests as well as any potential special moments to capture. On the day of Kate and Michael were so relaxed, flexible and wonderful to work with/spend time. They truly made our day better and then....the photos came! So many amazing moments and emotions were beautifully captured. Our wedding photos were exactly what we wanted...candid and true. I have received and continue to receive so many compliments on our album. I highly recommend Michael and Kate to capture any special occasion and plan/can't wait to request their services in future!

Michael and Kate are truly a joy to work with! My wedding had about 280 guests and I had no wedding planner. Kate really reduced my stress with planning everything by patiently helping me build my timeline for the day. She helped me think of what kinds of pictures were important to me and when we got our pictures, they really delivered. Michael and Kate are both so kind and you can tell they are truly professional photographers. There wasn't a single shot they missed at our wedding and every picture is high quality. There were many times where I had to reschedule our engagement shoot and a few phone calls but Kate was so accommodating and understanding. Many of my family members had many demands on our wedding day and both Michael and Kate helped make everything run smoothly. We got through our never ending list of portrait photos with our family in record time and they did an amazing job of capturing the most important day of our lives!
