We rented 12 suits for our October 2022 wedding: 1 groom, 2 fathers, 6 groomsmen, 1 officiant. I’m actually very surprised by all the negative reviews on here, because my experience with Menguin was phenomenal. I cannot say enough about their customer service. My dad was stubborn/difficult (to put it nicely) about finding his right suit size and customer service was on the phone with him at least three times and sent him a bunch of sizes. I also changed the groom’s suit twice and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. The online ordering process was so simple. Everyone received their suit at least 2 weeks in advance and everyone’s fit perfectly (except for my dad’s, but that was sort of his own fault) and everything was great quality, including the shoes. Returns were just as simple; dumped everything into a bag with a prepaid shipping label and that was it. I totally recommend using Menguin! Even if you run into an issue, their customer service team fixes it in an instant!

We were looking for an alternative to Men's Warehouse and their tuxes, and we're soo so so happy we found Menguin when we did! The suits were exceptional, and came in fitting perfectly for all of my groomsmen and husband! Definitely recommend this company for overall quality, pricing, and experience!

I used Menguin for my wedding in March. We liked their options more than blacktux. They were super efficient and their customer service was top notch. We had some small issues with fitting that were quickly and effeciently resolved. They were absolutely fantastic overall and I highly recommend them.

My sister had used Men's Warehouse for her June 2020 wedding and had a terrible experience. So, when I was planning my July 2021 wedding, I wanted to avoid them at all cost. I hadn't used any other tux rental companies before, so after doing some research, we decided to try Menguin. I am so glad that we did! The process for the guys to order their sizes couldn't have been easier. Everyone got their tuxes in time to have Menguin send some adjustments and the customer service was excellent! One of the groomsmen was being difficult and not communicating with us or Menguin properly, so my fiance called Menguin directly and they were able to send the necessary item directly to us so we were in control of getting it taken care of ourselves. PLUS... all of the guys looked amazing! Not awkward boxy tuxes or sleeves that were too short. It looked like they were wearing tailored tuxes. I could not recommend Menguin more highly!

Great quality suits. Thanks to COVID19, the original vendor we chose for suits was unavailable. After a forum post, we looked into Menguin & it was the very best decision. I actually liked the Menguin suits better than the original ones chosen from the original vendor. The suits were ordered at 11:35pm & arrived 3 days later. Can't ask for better. They didn't require measurements & the fit was impeccable (surprisingly so). One member of the party called customer service & received multiple suit fit options within a day. Incredible customer service, incredible quality. Will definitely use again. Nice to see such a professional company

We had a great experience with Menguin for our wedding. We used them for my husband's tux as well as the suits for both sides of our mixed gender wedding parties (ring bearers included!). They were very communicative when they switched their suit line, the swatches worked well, had great customer service overall, sent out the suits and tuxes even earlier than expected, their online platform worked efficiently for our wedding party spread out over the country, and they even over-nighted replacements for a few guys who had size issues. Would definitely recommend!

Thank goodness we found Menguin for our wedding. The suit rental stores near us didn't have the color combinations we wanted within a budget we thought was reasonable, and other online retailers didn't offer the customizability and size adjustments that may be necessary. Menguin had exactly what we wanted, and the ordering and return processes were incredibly easy. We needed multiple sizes of different pieces, and they sent them without delay, and even offered us credit to have tailoring done in person. The guys all looked impeccable, and we're more than thrilled with Menguin!

We were having a really hard time finding a suit service we liked when a friend recommended Menguin. The customer service of this company was incredible! From opening an account all the way through return, they were incredibly responsive and even initiated checking in on us multiple times. The process couldn't have been easier and they make it easy to try multiple styles and order free swatches (which we used to match bridesmaid dresses). We liked that we could customize the suit too and save money if we didn't need extra pieces like belts or shoes. We used those options but appreciated the ability to save money. The best part was that everyone, and I mean everyone, looked amazing in the suits! We had body types from skinny and lanky to broad and husky (both ends of the spectrum are hard to fit) and they all looked great! My husband and I have joked that it is black magic that they fit so well given how little information you have to provide. We would highly recommend Menguin because they hit every mark from fashion to fit to service, convenience and reliability. You have to try them!
