We rented 12 suits for our October 2022 wedding: 1 groom, 2 fathers, 6 groomsmen, 1 officiant. I’m actually very surprised by all the negative reviews on here, because my experience with Menguin was phenomenal. I cannot say enough about their customer service. My dad was stubborn/difficult (to put it nicely) about finding his right suit size and customer service was on the phone with him at least three times and sent him a bunch of sizes. I also changed the groom’s suit twice and they couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. The online ordering process was so simple. Everyone received their suit at least 2 weeks in advance and everyone’s fit perfectly (except for my dad’s, but that was sort of his own fault) and everything was great quality, including the shoes. Returns were just as simple; dumped everything into a bag with a prepaid shipping label and that was it. I totally recommend using Menguin! Even if you run into an issue, their customer service team fixes it in an instant!

Amazing Quality!
We were looking for an alternative to Men's Warehouse and their tuxes, and we're soo so so happy we found Menguin when we did! I used Menguin for my wedding in March. We liked their options more than blacktux. They were super efficient and their customer service was top notch. Everyone looked great!
My sister had used Men's Warehouse for her June 2020 wedding and had a terrible experience. So, when I was planning my July 2021 wedding, I wanted to avoid them at all cost. I hadn't used any other tux rental companies before, so after doing some research, we decided to try Menguin. I am so glad that we did! The process for the guys to order their sizes couldn't have been easier. Everyone got their tuxes in time to have Menguin send some adjustments and the customer service was excellent! One of the groomsmen was being difficult and not communicating with us or Menguin properly, so my fiance called Menguin directly and they were able to send the necessary item directly to us so we were in control of getting it taken care of ourselves. PLUS... all of the guys looked amazing! Not awkward boxy tuxes or sleeves that were too short. It looked like they were wearing tailored tuxes. I could not recommend Menguin more highly!

Great quality suits. Thanks to COVID19, the original vendor we chose for suits was unavailable. After a forum post, we looked into Menguin & it was the very best decision. I actually liked the Menguin suits better than the original ones chosen from the original vendor. The suits were ordered at 11:35pm & arrived 3 days later. Can't ask for better. They didn't require measurements & the fit was impeccable (surprisingly so). One member of the party called customer service & received multiple suit fit options within a day. We Had a Great Experience With Menguin
We had a great experience with Menguin for our wedding. We used them for my husband's tux as well as the suits for both sides of our mixed gender wedding parties (ring bearers included!). They were very communicative when they switched their suit line, the swatches worked well, had great customer service overall, sent out the suits and tuxes even earlier than expected, their online platform worked efficiently for our wedding party spread out over the country, and they even over-nighted replacements for a few guys who had size issues. Would definitely recommend!

As easy as could be
Thank goodness we found Menguin for our wedding. The suit rental stores near us didn't have the color combinations we wanted within a budget we thought was reasonable, and other online retailers didn't offer the customizability and size adjustments that may be necessary. Menguin had exactly what we wanted, and the ordering and return processes were incredibly easy. We needed multiple sizes of different pieces, and they sent them without delay, and even offered us credit to have tailoring done in person. The guys all looked impeccable, and we're more than thrilled with Menguin!

We were having a really hard time finding a suit service we liked when a friend recommended Menguin. The customer service of this company was incredible! From opening an account all the way through return, they were incredibly responsive and even initiated checking in on us multiple times. The process couldn't have been easier and they make it easy to try multiple styles and order free swatches (which we used to match bridesmaid dresses). We liked that we could customize the suit too and save money if we didn't need extra pieces like belts or shoes. We used those options but appreciated the ability to save money. The best part was that everyone, and I mean everyone, looked amazing in the suits! We had body types from skinny and lanky to broad and husky (both ends of the spectrum are hard to fit) and they all looked great! My husband and I have joked that it is black magic that they fit so well given how little information you have to provide. We would highly recommend Menguin because they hit every mark from fashion to fit to service, convenience and reliability. You have to try them!

We used Menguin for my daughter’s wedding. They were amazing. One person was assigned to our party and made sure everything fit well. They overnighted several different sizes up to the day before the event without any issues. I was able to return everything easily. This company was a joy to work with, they cared, and gave the personal touch. For my son’s wedding, we used a Black Tux. They were horrible! Made me appreciate Menguin more. Wish we used Menguin.

These suits were amazing! Hands down. We've used other online suit rentals, and Menguin is by far the easiest, most accurate in sizing, and their customer service is out of the this world! With 10 groomsmen, you'd think someone would have a problem with sizing, but the only hitch was they ran out of regular ties and sent short ones... That was not a problem that Amazon couldn't fix though. Overall, choose Menguin over the other guys, they can't compare. OH! Another plus, the company is ran by dog people. They donate a portion of every order to the Humane Society of the US!

I had 8 groomsman all coming in from all over the country. Everyone has a different build. One of them wanted a perfect fit and worked closely with men going in they shipped out a shirt one day before the wedding to make it right. It was super easy and service was excellent. It was the first time for myself or anyone in my wedding party using Menguin. Their website is super easy to use and customer service is very helpful!
The quality and fit of the clothing was impressive compared to previous rentals I've worn. It arrived about 3 weeks before the event so we had plenty of time to get any replacements. I had to get a smaller jacket and shirt and Menguin sent out a replacement right away. When the new one arrived it fit perfectly.
I loved that none of my groomsmen had to take additional time out of their schedules to get fitted or go out of their way to an actual storefront.
After the big day, sending it back was super easy too. Menguin gives you a 3 day grace period to put it all back in the box and they even include a prepaid shipping label.
I will strongly recommend this service to any of my friends and family who are getting married in the future.

Replacement sent that day with new tracking info and received my replacement suit two days later with plenty of time to spare. We had SUCH a great experience with Menguin for our wedding! They had a good variety of options and sizes, the turnaround time was perfect, and everyone looked great! A few of the groomsmen needed sizes swapped and their stylists were super helpful in assisting the men on selecting a new size based on their preferences. Left My tux on a plane to a wedding. Thank goodness I had Menguin!!!
I inadvertently left my tux on a plane as a carry-on on my flight out to a wedding I was a groomsman for. How Menguin dealt with my situation tells you how amazing they are as a company. Not only did they overnight me a new suit the same day so I wouldn’t be in my bare skin for the wedding, but they didn’t charge me any additional fees besides shipping charges.
The airline took 3 weeks to finally find my lost tuxedo. In the meanwhile Menguin charged me No late fees and even emailed the airline company the UPS label so that I wouldn’t have to pay the airline to ship it back.
If you want a company that you can count on in a crisis situation like this- ALWAYS CHOOSE MENGUIN!! Topping all that, their actual tux was amazing quality and looked fantastic. I’ll be telling all my friends and family to use Menguin for their rental needs.

They get it right!
My son’s wedding was a destination wedding and his groomsmen were spread out across the northeast. Getting everyone together for a conventional fitting was next to impossible, and retuning the suits on time would have been a challenge. When he discovered Menguin and researched they seemed to be a good fit. The measurements, the delivery, the fit, the exchange for another size shirt, and right down to the return was right on point. Ideal Wedding Suit Rental Biz
I've never rented a suit before because I have a wardrobe full of custom tailored suits, but the bride demanded we all match perfectly. Fair enough, so I specified my basic measurements and fit preferences on to the Menguin website via a link from the couple, and a couple weeks later arrived the bride/groom's chosen outfit. The best part was it fit better than any of my custom suits. The only measurement issue was the neck size of the button-down shirt. I was about a week out from the wedding, so I emailed Menguin requesting another shirt either .5" or 1" larger on the neck. Given the need to get it right before the event, they sent me 2 more shirts to ensure I got what I needed right away. I appreciated them making it clear in doing so not to worry about sending anything back until the event is over and I was happy with everything. Event is done, process to send everything back in one box with the provided return labels couldn't have been easier. Take it from a well-fitting suit lover who also demands top notch customer service from anyone I pay, use Menguin if you can't afford for your event's rental attire to be screwed up. They're the real deal.

I was a bit skeptical about an online-only, ship-before-day-of suit rental, but Menguin did a great job putting my worries to rest. Their algorithm nailed my measurements, and the suit fit perfectly when it arrived to my home with over a week to spare before the event. Returning was just as easy - put it in their box, put the included sticker on the box, drop it off at a UPS store. That's it!

Cruise Wedding and Not A Single Issue
My husband and I got married on a 14 day Caribbean cruise. We received his suit a week prior to leaving for the boat. The suit was perfect! We wanted to purchase it, if fit so well! Our ceremony was 3 days into the cruise and we didn’t get back to the states until the 14 days was over. Menguin worked with us on a return date and was very flexible with us not having access to a UPS while in the Caribbean. Menguin made sure my suit fit properly. I needed a larger jacket and smaller belt. They sent replacements immediately and well before the wedding. Everything is provided. Shirt, belt, shoes, socks, tie were all included. You send everything back after the event and they pay for the shipping. The customer service is exceptional with quick responses and courteous reps. My experience was fabulous. If you rent online, do it with Menguin!

I was absolutely blown away at how great the service was for my rental. First off, the items came in perfect condition. I ha them pressed, not because they needed it, but because I am neurotic in that way. There was an incident with a pen my dog had chewed up and long story short, the ink ended up on the shirt. I immediately contacted customer support. We had a bit of a phone tag issue as I was at work when they were trying to get a hold of me. They made every effort to leave me messages and send me emails to get on top of the situation. Sadie was fabulous!!! She gave me information about the shipping of a new shirt and options after time became an issue. She was attentive and great to work with. My experience both with the company and their customer service was phenomenal. Thank you Menguin and thank you Sadie for your help!

Amazing service! I highly recommend it. After going to multiple stores to try tuxes, I gave Menguin a try and it was the best decision (I was skeptical at first using an online service for tuxedo rental). The service is great. We rented the groom tuxedo + 5 groomsmen suits and everyone loved the fit and quality. They deliver the tux / suit further ahead than a "regular" store so you have more time to try it on and make sure it fits. Since one of the groomsman was coming in from a different country, he did not have much time to try it on and order a replacement if necessary. We contacted Menguin and told them about our concern. They asked for more measurements and sent 2 pairs of pants at no extra charge! I highly recommend using this service. It is much better than the stores! German

I could not be more of a raving fan of Menguin. The suit turned out more perfectly than I ever imagined it would and fit me even better. On top of that, every time I opened a chat with their staff to ask a question, they responded within a few minutes. Could not have been happier with my experience. I highly recommend.
I will attach some images of me and my Bride and also my guys to show the look that Menguin helped me pull off. I only rented the jacket, vest and pants from Menguin. I paired the shirts, cravats, pocket squares, belts, shoes, cuff links, watches and socks separately.

I was skeptical that they would be able to send me a perfectly sized suit without knowing my measurements and I was amazed. Never having gotten fitted this suit fit me like a glove and it felt great to wear during the wedding. The only complaint I had was there was no option to purchase the tux outright which I would have done because it was amazing. All groomsman should get their suits from here.

Menguin made it super easy for all of the groomsmen to coordinate their outfits. I didn't even have to leave my home to receive my suit. Customer service was always very responsive with inquiries about size and fit. The suit fit great, and was also very affordable.

The process is super simple, its great quality and the best part is it fits like its suppose to on the first try. It was truly as hassle free experience. I would highly recommend!
