Meridith is a phenomenal wedding day coordinator! She made sure everything went smoothly throughout the rehearsal, wedding day, ceremony, and reception. I had some specific ideas about seating various family members and creating memorial seating for our late grandparents, Meridith made sure that all parties were accommodated and I am so grateful . There were a thousand details to handle, vendors to manage, and family members to wrangle but Meridith did it all with ease. I really liked the timeline that we created together and all the follow-through by Meridith to keep everyone on that timeline. The day went by so quickly and was absolutely perfect for my husband and me! If I could do it all over again, I would book Meridith as my wedding day coordinator in a heart beat!

We used Meridith for our day of coordinator to handle all the details and last minute to-do’s of our big day. She was instrumental in overseeing the correct setup of our reception venue including detailed table settings, ushering the guest to the correct location before the ceremony and immediately following for our cocktail hour and relaying any instructions to vendors while I focused on getting ready and enjoying time with my bridesmaids.
