I honestly thought I could plan my wedding without a coordinator but my mom insisted we hire one. I am SO GLAD she did and that we met Gwen! She is by far one of the easiest professionals to work with! She is so easy going, knowledgeable, and sincere! She really spends the time getting to know, your backstory, and your love story! She is such an organized persona and her love of what she does shows! She is easily accessible and answers questions promptly and kept me on track with scheduling and placing orders, as well as sending me reminders so I didn’t forget everything! Her wedding day timeline was organized and detailed, and she was extremely thorough throughout the whole process. The day if she was on task and on point to make sure everything went exactly the way we expected, even making sure the groom was were he needed to be! She was in charge but in the background also, so her presence was barely known. She checked in with me throughout the reception to make sure we didn’t need anything. She was very detailed and attentive and truly listened to everything discussed in each meeting to ensure our wedding day was exactly what we had envisioned.
