Melinda Humphries began photographing in her teens and began her business officially in 2010. She spent her first three years in business specializing in wedding photography in Atlanta, Georgia. Melinda photographed weddings in some of the most stunning and prestigious wedding venues in Downtown Atlanta. In the first few years of business, her work was published and featured in numerous well-known magazines and blogs.

Furthering her career, Melinda, began to branch out into more photography specialties. In 2014 she began photographing families, children, and other events. Still specializing in weddings, Melinda began to learn the in’s and out’s of posing and working with families and children. She began to master “the art of comfortable posing” and mastered the ability to make people feel completely at ease during photo shoots. Her love for people and their stories changed stiff posing into some of the most natural moments. Her goal is to meet people where they’re at and make them feel and experience the moment fully.
