From the very first time I reached out to Melaney, she was incredible. As someone coming from out of state, finding the right photographer and coordinating my vision was pretty stressful. But Melaney made everything so easy. I found her work on social media, and her style was simply stunning.

I wanted to include personal elements like Kobe murals in my photoshoot, and Melaney was incredibly flexible. She even agreed to split the session into three parts: one day for the courthouse and murals, another early morning at Griffith Observatory, and then she joined us for an intimate ceremony with family and close friends.

My family couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful Melaney was—so friendly, welcoming, and patient. She made us all feel completely at ease and handled everything with such grace. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional.

Seeing the preview photos left me speechless. They perfectly capture the essence of our special moments, and I can’t wait to see the full collection. She spent a generous amount of time with us in order to get so many amazing shots, she made it so easy and made the experience stress free and comfortable. I was 9 months pregnant and to make me feel relaxed especially during covid is hard and she managed to due so. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking and am looking forward to using her again.

Melaney was AMAZING to work with for our engagement photos! We're slow pokes at this planning thing, so when I saw Melaney's special for photos, we jumped on the chance. Corresponding with her was super easy, and if I had any questions for her, she responded right away. The experience itself was incredibly smooth. My fiance was worried as he's not the most fond of taking photos, but she made us look so good! We laughed a lot, had fun, and she made us feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera pretty quickly. When I got my pictures in my email, I basically screamed out of excitement. I couldn't find a photo I disliked. What I love is not just the framing and the direction she gave, but the moments that she caught in between, moments that I thought were too fast to catch. My fiancé and I found Melaney through Instagram and were immediately attracted by her photography style. We wanted light and airy for our photographs and that is what Melaney is all about!

She has a lot of experience and it shows. My fiancé and I had the chance to meet her in person back in January. I wanted to meet my potential vendors in person to see how we vibe and we absolutely did. Melaney is sweet and passionate about what she does!

We did our engagement shoot with her a few weeks ago. She has an amazingly quick turnaround with the final photos. On the day of our engagement shoot, she made sure my fiancé and I were comfortable since we've never done a photoshoot before! Melaney made us laugh and shot a huge variety of poses, which gives us so many options to choose from whenever we decide to create Save the Dates! Melaney was recommended to me by friends who had their engagement photos taken by Melaney. I had seen their photos and loved them. I reached out to Melaney and she was very professional, sweet, and responsive from the start.

My fiancé and I were very nervous about taking photos since we were worried it would be awkward and uncomfortable. We were worried the pictures would look fake and staged. However, during our engagement photo shoot Melaney made us feel soo comfortable!! It was so easy to work with her! I instantly felt that I was with a friend rather than a stranger. Melaney had amazing tips and tricks to get us to genuinely have fun which in turn made our photos look very natural and she was able to capture true moments of joy between my fiancé and I.
