I bought The Dress at MeaMarie and Mea was such a dream to work with! She was so friendly, helpful, and NOT one of those stingy types who withhold from your experience if you don’t seem like a big sale. she’s very generous with her time and expertise no matter what. The dresses are all quality and very glam, but as that is not my style - she actually went out of her way to pull out some styles that she thought I might like. I think she’s moving next door to a larger space so future brides will have an even more pleasant experience! Also, she is a girl BOSS. Thank you, Mea!

I found my dress at the Seattle Wedding Show. Mea had a spot at the show. My dress was half off! I immediately knew when I tried the dress on that this would be my wedding dress!

Mea and her staff- Rachelle and Donna were great to work with. My wedding dress was a dream. It was a mermaid style dress with two layers of lace and ostrich feathers at the top of the strapless bodice. The dress looked heavy, but was actually light weight. The lining felt like I was wearing silk pajamas. I received so many compliments and looks of envy from my dress. Mea has a wonderful boutique. I suggest all brides visit this boutique for a personal introduction on what to look for in a wedding dress.

I went to 3 or 4 shops and MeaMarie was my first and last visit. There is no other store (that I found) that legitimately gives you ONE on ONE first class service. Your friends and family have an adorable little couch area to watch you with glasses of champagne ready. There might be a slightly smaller selection of dresses but the quality difference is incredibly noticeable. I can promise you that you will feel the most special and comfortable at this store compared to all of the others and your party with you will feel the most intimate with you. Rachelle and Mea make you feel like a celebrity too, love them!

They steamed my dress and veil right before I picked it up the day before the wedding and everything looked incredible. I felt and looked like a million bucks on my wedding day.

The one downfall (if you can even call it that), is the try-on dresses didn't seem to run much bigger than a size 10 street size and many seemed to be more like a size 6 street size... I'm about an 8 and it was really difficult to give some dresses a chance if I was squeezed in like a sausage. From my experiences, most of the try-on dresses at other stores were about a size 10 street size. Like I said though, the difference in quality of dress and service is impeccable.

This place is beyond amazing! I first went in on Tuesday 02/24 and Mae was so helpful and she made it so personal. She looked at the pictures I brought in of the dresses I am interested in and helped me find the styles I as looking for (and even amused my mom with her ridiculous dress suggestions). I went in with one of my bridesmaids and my mom who was visiting from out of town. It is a small boutique so we really got the attention I think any bride to be would love. We chatted, drank champagne, and had a really relaxing and fun visit. I loved one of the dresses but I did not feel comfortable buying the first one I love.

I had an appointment made for another bridal store in Seattle for that weekend on 03/01. Not to get into too many details, but the customer service there was not nearly as good. I felt rushed and ultimately did not love any of the dresses I tried on there. When asked what I did not like about the leading dress that everyone I went with loved, I told them that I honestly could not get the dress from Mea Marie out of my head!

We left the Seattle store and rushed to Kirkland in the off chance that they were open and could fit me in real quick to confirm that this was the dress was the one for me. When we got there they were closed so I emailed them right away. Almost immediately I got a reply (she was emailing me from home) letting me know that unfortunately when they do not have appointments they close the store. They offered me an appointment for Wednesday at 11AM. I rep saying that I would have to check with my mom because she returned to Pennsylvania on Wednesday. When we were about to leave I got another email from them telling me that they could meet me at 3PM that day because they would not want my mom to miss this experience with me! I was ecstatic! That level of customer service and understanding was just so touching. To call someone in to help me try on the dress again and open the store FOR ME! We returned at 3PM and

I am so happy that I purchased my wedding dress from MeaMarie! I had actually found *the dress* at another store in Bothell and shopped around a little for a better price. The store in Bothell would barely discount their sample size dress even though it was torn and dirty in places and so the dress was a little out of my budget. MeaMarie was able to purchase the same dress for me for a retail value of much cheaper and then also gave me 10% off the total! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Their shop is beautiful and the gowns they have are gorgeous! My dress came in within three months, which was amazing because the designer had left off some beading that was supposed to be there. MeaMarie was able to talk to the designer and had a new dress with beading in within three weeks! I am so glad that I found MeaMarie to buy my wedding dress from!

This salon was amazing. It was a great experience from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted with champange and strawberries. It's a very small salon, so we had it all to ourselves, which really made the experience intimate and special for me, my sister, my mom, and my best friend. The owner was so so sweet and really helpful in finding me the perfect dress. The high end dresses at this salon were beautiful and she worked with us to make sure that she showed us the ones that were in our budget, not over. She listened to what I wanted, was very knowledgable about the designers, and made the experience fun for me and our group. I would highly recommend MeaMarie as a place to stop for a personalized, memorable wedding dress shopping experience.

Best quality and selection of dresses, with amazing personal service, at reasonable prices.

MeaMarie was so great! Mea helped me with my initial appointment that resulted in me saying yes to the dress and was so easy to talk to! She listened to what I wanted and helped guide me to the most perfect dress! Donna, the seamstress helped me alter the top of my dress to create the dress of my dreams. She has a no nonsense attitude and carefully listened to what I wanted to change on my dress and did an amazing job!

I bought my wedding dress from MeaMarie at the Seattle Wedding Show. They were one of the many stores that was displaying merchandise at the show. Both at the show and in their store they had a great selection of beautiful gowns, and they were friendly and helpful. I also received a discount on the dress & a free veil as part of the Seattle Wedding Show promotion. My dress was an ordered dress, not an off-the-rack sample, and it came in earlier than expected, with plenty of time to alter. The alterations were done onsite-they have a resident fitter, although she does charge separately. Her alterations fees seemed reasonable, although when I asked for a ballroom bustle she didn't seem to know what type of bustle that was. In the end, though, I ended up with a bustle that I liked, and that was able to hold up all night (which is more than I can say for my sister's wedding dress bustle when she got married).

Salon is super cute and well-decorated. Beautiful dresses. Great experience shopping - after purchasing a dress it was a total nightmare.
They had my wedding date wrong and I ordered a rush gown. I specifically told Mea my wedding date at my appointment over and over again, but they had a date from 2 years ago when my wedding wasn't set. Mea refused to own this mistake and treated it like it was our fault because I signed an order form with the wrong wedding date on it (which she did not point out the date when I signed it). She did not listen to me and instead told me what I wanted to hear in order to make the sale. (Later on, she stated she would have never sold the dress to me had she known my real wedding date. Absolutely false, as I said my real date multiple times at the appointment). Once this mistake was realized, I had to make every effort to get information from this salon about what was going on with my dress. Not ONCE did they contact me when they said they would. Not only did I pay $100 to rush this dress, but Mea tried to charge me a $160 overnight fee for THEIR mistake. After much arguing and crying on my part, she eventually agreed to pay half, but that is the closest she ever got to owning the salon's mistake. I did not get my wedding dress in my hands until the DAY before my wedding. It was every bride's worst nightmare. I will actively tell people not to go to this salon.

However, the seamstress, Donna, was amazing and I highly recommend her.
