AMAZING Wedding Flowers

Meadow Wood Farm did a BEYOND amazing job with the flowers for our wedding at Pippin Hill. We had wanted all white flowers and they were absolutely gorgeous. The bridal bouquet was the most gorgeous thing I had ever seen with so many roses and peonies. I received so many compliments about how beautiful it was and how dreamy all of the flowers were at the wedding. I would 100% recommend them for any wedding in the Charlottesville, VA area.

Outstanding Florals and Coordination

In my very first conversation with Jessie of Meadow Wood Farm, we gushed about a recent celebrity wedding. Just a few minutes later, she sent me an email with a moodboard and one question: "How do you feel about disco balls?" In that moment, I knew she *got* it. Making her both our florist and our coordinator was an easy decision, especially since the wedding was local to her but not to us. She made everything--renting dinnerware, picking up farm tables, choosing flowers--so easy and even fun. The day of our wedding was so peaceful and enjoyable because Jessie and her team had thought of everything from snacks to a jewelry cleaning pen. I didn't worry about anything. Jessie even made an extra boutonniere at the last moment so that every important family member felt special and included. When we got to the reception space, it was utterly magical--everything we wanted and more. You will be so glad you hired Jessie and the Meadow Wood team.

Exceptionally talented & dedicated!

Jessica’s talent, taste, and customer service are above and beyond! She did the flowers for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with how the arrangements turned out and how dedicated she was to making my ideas come to life. First and foremost, her style for arrangements are bar-none! The vibe I was going for was asymmetrical, whimsy, yet chic and modern. She like editorial-in-Vogue kind of good! Her and I communicated about 80+ times (emails/texts/phone calls/ meeting in person). That level of interaction / dedication is so far beyond what my other wedding vendors were willing to give. She even hunted down and found a used fire mantle that I used as my arbor, for next to nothing. Her husband sanded it down and painted it white. On the day of the wedding, she not only set everything up but also helped during our first look photos which I totally did not expect. She was a helping hand, even outside of setting up the flowers. Honestly, she could charge double her price, but I’m glad she didn’t because I wouldn’t be able to afford her then! I cannot speak highly enough of her.

Turned my dream into reality!

We had a fantastic experience with Meadow Wood. Jessie was able to turn my dream into a reality and we were blown away. She brought in incredible flowers, candelabras, bud vases, runners, you name it to create an amazing dinner party vibe. Her team was professional and efficient, and I don’t know of any issues that occurred on the big day.

Beautiful local wedding florals!

The flowers at our wedding were ABOVE AND BEYOND amazing, we are still getting comments about how pretty they were. We were looking for locally sourced flowers for our late summer 2023 Virginia outdoor wedding, and we were particularly interested in a sustainable end of life for our florals, repurposing as many as possible and Jessie even said she would donate or compost whatever she took back. Jessie was so incredible to work with from day one - helping us talk through our vision and see what was possible within our price range. Jessie constructed and decorated the most beautiful Huppah that was an absolute dream to be married under. We are SO HAPPY we went with Meadow Wood Farm, highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers!

Working with Jessie was amazing and she makes the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements! I got so many compliments on our flowers - people truly loved them! She created an amazing floral grounded arch for our ceremony space that transitioned to surrounding our sweetheart table. Don’t hesitate and reach out to her!

Best Floral Design Ever

Don’t think twice about selecting Meadow Wood Farm as your florist. Jessie is incredibly talented and professional. She will bring your vision to life, or give you excellent suggestions if you don’t know where to start! I continue to get compliments on the floral design at my wedding. Jessie worked incredibly well with my other vendors. She made the day go by so smoothly and made everything look gorgeous. Beautiful Virginia Florals for wedding

I cannot say enough good things about Meadow Wood Farm and 10/10 recommend them for weddings. Their flowers are incredibly beautiful and Jessie and Shane were a delight to work with. I was so happy with the florals for my wedding, each bulb was perfect! I got so many comments on my flowers during the entire wedding and reception. I worked with Jessie and shared my vision and she ran with my ideas and made them even better, which was exactly what I was wanting for a florist for my wedding. Jessie has a creative eye and knows how to build beautiful arrangements. She had me make a pinterest to get some ideas going months before the wedding and she was able to create beautiful bouquets and all kinds of arrangements to match our style and theme for the wedding and the venue. We had great communication during wedding planning. It was very helpful that Jessie came out to look at the venue with me months before the wedding to get an idea for the florals. My bridal bouquet was incredible, full of color, my favorite flowers and all local from Virginia, exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so so so much Jessie!!
