Thank you so much to everyone at Meadia Heights! Especially Jailene who helped us along the way and answered a ridiculous amount of emails. Even with rain dampening our picture plans we had a fantastic day. I loved that the price was straightforward, so I knew exactly what I was getting into. All around exactly what I needed and more.

We had a small intimate wedding on 10/4 and we can’t say enough good things about Meadia Heights Golf Club. We had our ceremony along with the reception on their brand new beautiful deck. Mary and Jaelean made sure the entire wedding ran smoothly from start to finish. They were so accommodating and flexible during the wedding planning process. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. We loved everything!

Meadia Heights was a perfect choice for a wedding venue! The golf course and club house are beautiful, and the reasonable wedding package pricing includes EVERYTHING so you will not be surprised with additional costs. The food, drinks and service were incredible! We’ve had so many complements about the quality of the food at our wedding compared to other venues. In addition, Kelly was wonderful to work with and helped us bring everything together during the planning process! She was very professional, understanding, organized and flexible. She understands that it’s about what the couple wants on their wedding day and she is willing to do whatever she can to make their wishes a reality. She was on top of everything on the day of the wedding and made sure that we stayed on schedule and that everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at Meadia Heights and I would highly recommend doing both if possible! It was so great to see the set-up in the reception hall the night before the wedding. There are also tons of great food options for both events!
The golf course was also a fantastic back drop for photos. They allow you to take golf carts out to certain areas of the course. These images are all by Katherine Zell Photography (as a quick plug for an AMAZING choice for a photographer!)
Overall, our experience at Meadia Heights was amazing! It was such a relief to find a venue that included everything in a simple package and to work with someone who was so reliable. By the time the wedding day came, we knew we could trust that all aspects of our special day were taking care of and we could enjoy or time and celebrate!

We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception this past May at Meadia Heights, and we could not have been more thrilled with the entire experience! We found Meadia Heights at the Bridal Expo at the Lancaster Marriott Convention Center and booked the tour right then and there. Once we got to the site we loved how simple, clean, and beautiful everything was and that we could make it our own. Kelly was INCREDIBLE and extremely helpful with any question we had along the way. The day of she was there and ready to help if you needed her. The entire staff made our day a huge success - our guests raved about everything from the food to the attentiveness of the staff! Everyone involved made the entire wedding planning experience easy and stress-free, and made the entire day perfect.

Everything was wonderful!!! Food is excellent and they really strive to make your special day just a little more special. I'd recommend to all my friends!

Meadia Heights Golf Club was an amazing place to hold my reception for my wedding. They were so flexible with all of my planning and organizing. They did not have a time limit for us that day, so we could stay until the reception ended, which was great because we were running a little behind to start dinner but that didn't hold us back from all of the events we wanted later that night. The food was amazing! It truely is a hidden treasure!

They have completely renovated the entire facility and its the venue of my dreams! I always knew I would get married there since my parents have been members for years, but I was so excited to see them renovate the entire facility to make it the most perfect blank canvas to have the wedding of my dreams! Beautiful venue with great staff and I cannot wait for my special day

Something shady is going on there. They announce publicly that they would be closed during the pandemic. I posted on their facebook letting them know that people were on the golf course. They deleted my comment with out explaining. The next week, I took 2 photos of golfers on the course. Again, this is during the pandemic, in Lancaster County, ordered by the Governor, all non essential work should not be happening. I posted it again on their facebook... this time they deleted their comment with the photos. I make a review on there Facebook... They remove that feature. I guess the privileged don’t have to follow rules. They make their members look bad. They DO NOT CARE about public health. This is super sad. This is just a club and think they are better then everyone.
