Very happy with my wedding dress. It was a complete success. I was able to purchase Pearl straps for customization. The staff is professional and friendly.

First time bridal dress shopping I had an amazing experience here. Even though I did not end up buying my dress from here I will always recommend everyone to at least go and try this place. The staff was beyond amazing, they make you feel so comfortable. Nelly was the best. She wanted to make sure that everything was perfect.
If you don't like something, she'll change it. If there's an issue with anything, they will for sure accommodate all your needs no question.

This is the one and only store I went wedding dress shopping, it was all I needed!!! ALL the dresses are stunning, and they have basically every style you could think of. I adore my dress!!

The dress I purchased was beautiful, lots of details with the beading and veil. I fell in love with the dress when I first tried it on, but after purchasing it that is where things got a bit stressful. I bought the dress in March, and was told it would arrive end of August/September. In my head, I thought, ok, I still have a month for any last minute alterations for wedding in October. However, those months came around and I wasn't getting much information on the status of the dress. I called and the lady at the salon, although very nice, told me another person knew the status of my dress and gave me their number. So I called them, and for many weeks would only get a quick, "I'll let you know when it's here" or short texts of this nature. Of course, I got stressed out and then finally when I did hear back, it was a bit stressful to hear something along the lines of, "Do you remember what the style of the dress was and when is your wedding?". I understand perhaps some language barriers, but I think despite this, they should have been a little more transparent on the whereabouts of the dress and when it would arrive. Thankfully the dress fit perfectly (albeit a bit long so it needed some cutting) but other than that, it was perfect and just as I remembered it. I guess my only warning is that if you do decide to go ahead and purchase from here, just know you may need to have a lot of patience or tell them your wedding is one month before the actual date, just to be safe.
