Mary Kay's Bridal was the second bridal shop I visited and I found my dress right away! The prices were right (bought my dress for $600), and they made me feel elegant in my dress. I got married 4 months after picking out the dress and rush shipping was not that much ($50). My dress arrived in a short amount of time and their hours are excellent, so picking it up was very easy. I chose to go with an independent seamstress, so I cannot comment on their alterations department.

I found my dress at Mary Kay's Bridal and I am very glad I did. To start I came in signifcantly under budget for a wonderful dress. They allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted and did not rush me at all. (I think I actually tried on THE dress about 3 times during my visit).
Also, they were incredibly flexible with me as I live on the East Coast and could not come in for fittings. I came in for one while I was home and from there worked with them over the phone and they were always reassuring that they would do whatever they needed to to make sure it would be perfect. I came back into town 2 days before the wedding and they refit me in the dress (was perfect just based on the one fitting!) and then steamed it and had it ready for me the day before the wedding. Luckily there were no major issues but I am certain that if anything had been wrong they would have worked through the night to get it right.
I highly recommend you check them out for your wedding dress!

i am a 5' 2" plus size woman i searched for weeks going in and out of stores only to find out that every store i went to only catered to tall slender women.
I was ready to call off my wedding when I found Mary Kay's by accident. I called and spoke to Ann she is just wonderful. She had me in that day and found a dress that made me look great even in my eyes cause as you know you are your own worst critic. She worked with my budget she was just wonderful, When I left there i knew that my wedding was really going to happen. They had my dress done in one day it was wonderful and Mary kay her self brought me my dress. Thank you for giving me the perfect wedding and the perfect day

I had the BEST experience at Mary Kay's Bridal! After going to a few different shops throughout the Twin Cities I was feeling defeated. I am a plus size woman and I wasn't having luck finding THE dress. I walked in one evening just to look at styles and to see if they would have something in my size off the rack since I didn't have enough time before my wedding to order a dress. Asia was wonderful! She encouraged me to try styles I wouldn't normally consider. She gave me about 8 dresses to try on. As it was close to closing time, I let them know that I would make an appointment to try them on. They said they would stay past closing in order to accomodate me. Mary Kay and Brandie also stayed to assist. I was blown away with the customer service! In all the other shops I had been to, never was I treated so well! They even remembered my name when I stopped in at a later date to look at jewelry with my family.
Knowing I didn't want strapless, they had me try one on and showed me some options of sewing in cap sleeves. This was the dress! Once the alterations were done, it looked like it had been designed with the cap sleeves. Beautiful!
From start to finish, the staff was always pleasant and went above and beyond what any other shops did.
My only regret (along with my bridesmaids) was that I did not get their dresses at Mary Kay's!
Anyone who is searching for a good experience in their search for THE dress, I highly recommend Mary Kay's Bridal! It is so rare now days to have truly great customer service that when I come across it, I make sure I let people know.

Wonderful!! What a wonderful experience Mary Kay's Bridal was for me. Ashley was extremely helpful the day I found my dress (and my moms, my mother-in-laws, and my bridesmaids! All in the same day!). Ashley and Mary Kay made the process and excitement so enjoyable. The follow up through the order time to the dress arrivals was nice. Definitely recommend Mary Kay's Bridal!

Bought a beautiful and unique hair comb for my wedding. The staff was so sweet and I saved money with a coupon I received at the I do Redo sale. Great little shop!

This place is great! I went in without an appointment and after a few more visits of deciding on a dress, I got the dress of my dreams. They don't work on commission, so there was no pressure. And when they thought a dress didn't work, they tastefully let me know, instead of just trying to sell you something.
They were very professional when the dress arrived from the makers, and let me know right away that it wasn't hemmed quite right, and shipped it back to have it fixed.
I also got my jewelry there and it worked perfectly with my dress.
The new store is beautiful!

My daughter and her bridesmaids and I visited three different locations for wedding, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride dresses. Mary Kay Bridal was far and away the best experience. The staff (Spinner and Dean) that attended to us were extremely friendly, very professional, and very caring. The attention they gave us made us feel like they were personally invested in the success of our event! These people went above and beyond in the areas of customer service!
