This place and these ladies are incredible. I normally hate shopping; I find it overwhelming and I often don't like how my body looks in things. I was especially nervous about bridal gown shopping, since I knew all the sample sizes would be too small for me. Another bride heavily recommended Luxe, saying they were her best experience out of 5 stores. I called on a whim, and booked their last appt of the day, which was an hour later. Hannah was wonderful. She called right away to plan ahead for the appointment and really envisioned what I was asking for/pulled some incredible dresses. She got exactly what I asked for. She was so skilled in which dresses she pulled and what order I tried then. She was considering things I would have never known about, like the reality of potential alterations for each dress. She and the facility made me feel as calm, happy, and supported as I could in this high stakes, expensive purchase situation. It felt like the gowns in this store are already very curated. They're girly, lace and glitter, flattering for curves, and supportive. Most were A-lines, ball gowns, and sheaths. But I walked out with a fit and flare that screamed my personality more than I knew until I put it on, fit like a glove, and was supportive (already had bra cups that fit me in it!). Hannah was able to pull the most perfect veil for it, too. All the ladies at this shop were so kind and understanding when I felt overwhelmed and needed a moment to process this big decision I had no idea I'd be making that day. Myself and my fiance were both in tears over this dress. We are both very very happy with the dress and feel like we got a great deal. And for a boy to hear a bridal price tag and think, "that's an incredible deal" is really something. Would wholeheartedly recommend this safe space for women; it's lovely from the inside out.

Luxe was so amazing in helping me find my wedding dress. We went to some other shops before Luxe and definitely didn’t feel the same way as when we were there. Suzanne was so helpful and found me the perfect dress within minutes of shopping there. The only reason why I rated less than 10 was because I was given a bodice to try on with my dress which I ended up buying. When I went to the tailor shop she told me I didn’t need to use it and it would be very uncomfortable if she sewed it into the dress. So I ended up paying $100+ more for the bodice that I never used.
