I can honestly say that I cannot imagine my wedding day without Martina as our photographer. I found her through searching online for photographers that specialized in smaller, elopement style weddings and loved that she had shot at the location that we were planning our intimate ceremony in - Point Dume in Malibu. She absolutely blew our expectations away. Our final photos so perfectly captured us as a couple and the feeling of the day - the intimacy, the radiating love, pure joy, and the beauty of the surrounding nature. I loved how she shot a mix of digital and film which really delivered on the dreamy, intimate look we were after. My husband and I had never done a professional photography session before and were worried that we'd feel awkward or that the feeling of posing for photos may interrupt the intimate nature of the ceremony that we'd planned. However Martina and her husband (who was assisting) made us feel so incredibly at ease and as if we were just hanging out with old friends taking pictures. She gave great posing cues and location ideas and made us feel so comfortable. She was also incredibly flexible and remained positive throughout even with us having to push back our ceremony timing and a few people in our party running late. We also had very windy conditions, but she was able to work her magic and shoot around the wind and ended up using the wind to get some really fun shots. I can't recommend Martina enough!!

Martina was our photographer for our elopement in Santa Barbara in Sept 2020, after COVID required us to postpone our bigger event until 2021. I found Martina when I was looking for an elopement photographer in San Diego. I had never been to San Diego, so it was incredibly helpful to have her knowledge and help with picking a spot to get married in Balboa Park.

I have never been a photogenic person, and so I worried that I wouldn’t feel beautiful in my photos or that I wouldn’t like them at all. From the getting ready photos to the last photo she took, I felt completely comfortable, happy and beautiful in front of the camera. She is really great at capturing all of the special moments that I otherwise wouldn’t have gotten to see.
