EVERYTHING!!! Jackie has been there for us for every big milestone in our lives. She has captured it all and we will be using her for everything photo wise in our lives. Jackie really puts her whole heart into what she does. Her creativity is something I have never seen before. She is organized and truly cares about her clients. When I met Jackie years a go I not only gained an amazing photographer but an amazing friend. we cannot imagine using any one else when it comes to photos. if you are looking for an amazing experience that will blow you away Jackie is your person and not to mention she makes you feel so comfortable. We love Jackie so much!

Hiring Jackie was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. Well, aside from each other of course :)

Jackie was referred to us by a coworker, and we loved her website and photography style. From our first meeting, Jackie dove right in getting to know our plans, our background and style, and our hopes for our pictures, all over beers. Jackie has this laid back personality, and we had so much fun chatting with her and getting excited about our wedding pictures with her, that we booked her right away a full year before our wedding. In that time, Jackie was a delight to work with, and was responsive, accommodating, and flexible for all questions and changes. We even reached out last minute to see if she could take pictures at our engagement party, and she was able to accommodate us with less than 2 weeks notice, and was a champ about the 1 hour drive. Jackie’s website makes the booking/planning process seamless, and it was so easy to make payments, get any needed documents, record all details and needs, and make last minute changes.

As it was, all of our wedding plans were completely annihilated by COVID-19--our 150 person wedding was planned for April 4, 2020, and San Diego country went into full lock down in the middle of March. In the chaos of cancelling all of our plans and frantically trying to figure out what’s next, Jackie was such a calming presence. She patiently waited for us to figure out our next steps, and was responsive and honest about making sure it fit within her comfort zone and schedule.

We ended up cancelling everything and just having a small elopement on our original wedding date. We went into Our Big Day with all precautions set for health and safety, but no real plans aside from “we’re getting married in this location,” and Jackie was DOWN FOR IT. We went into the day with melancholy feelings given the circumstances, and that all slipped away as soon as we put on our suit/dress and started taking pictures with Jackie. We had so much fun laughing, dancing, and cuddling while Jackie took pictures, that it still turned out to be a perfect day. My husband and I both normally feel so awkward in front of a camera, but Jackie let us do our thing, subtly adjusted us to more aesthetic angles without making us feel stiff, and seriously captured some magic. At one point we took a moment to privately say our vows in the middle of a field, and Jackie kept her distance to give us privacy but also took some of the most incredible pictures that make me cry when I see them because I can feel the wind, smell the flowers, and see the way my husband was looking at me in that moment. We are so grateful for Jackie, because she gave us such beautiful memories from a day that could have easily been so different.

Jackie was SUCH a blessing and an amazing photographer for our wedding. I really couldn't imagine any one better. She was a calming presence, took charge appropriately when needed, and the images she captured really reflected the mood of the day. It helped set the tone for us to just have a great experience all around. We were sort of nervous beforehand because my wife is not very fond of taking pictures, but Jackie's presence and direction made her feel so comfortable, and it's reflected in the images.
She was also flexible with the hours she worked and her packages because we didn't have an engagement session. She was really easy to schedule planning meetings with and responsive to emails and questions.
She got us a substantial "sneak peeks" album 2 days after the wedding and all photos 3 weeks after that.
I really can't say enough good things, Jackie was the best. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jackie was very easy to work with and turned our lovely reception photos around really quickly! She captured sweet moments, gestures, and the great time that was had by all. My only regret is that I wish we'd had more time and a bigger budget to take more shots of just the two of us. I love the group shots, friends shots, and images of the decor and setting she captured with gorgeous natural light. Jackie is very sweet and professional which is exactly what you want in a wedding event photographer, highly recommend.

Jackie, Jackie, Jackie. WOW! Every aspect of our interaction with this wonderful woman was just so smooth and stress-free! Let me break this down for everyone:
-I met Jackie at a wedding show in San Diego and after our very first conversation I knew she would be the perfect person to shoot our special day.
-We booked Jackie about 10 months in advance. She was so great when we "interviewed" her. We had a lovely facetime chat and discussed our needs in planning a destination wedding.
-In the months prior to the wedding Jackie quickly responded to any questions we had, and two weeks prior to the wedding had a detailed phone discussion with us to review our timeline for the big day.
-On the day of the wedding Jackie pulled through in SO many ways. She naturally fit in with my guests and very politely took a leadership role when taking priceless group photos and interacting with other wedding vendors. The results are fantastic!
-On top of getting all of our photos to us within the month, Jackie sent us a sneak peek two days after our wedding that we enjoyed on the flight to our honeymoon.

All in all, you cannot go wrong when hiring Jackie for your event. She is one of a kind!

Jackie was hired by my now fiancé to take our surprise engagement pictures! Thank goodness she was there to capture that magical moment because I was in such shock I hardly remember it!!! She was able to work with him to find us at the location and was hiding in the dunes on the beach at Coronado (at sunset!) snapping away while I still had no idea! She got every moment from us walking together before, to him proposing, the happiness after, and then some! We are so thankful and grateful she was there to take these AMAZING photographs that we will cherish forever! When I finally realized what was happening, and Jackie came up to greet us, it felt like we were already friends. She made us feel so comfortable, and the genuine happiness comes across our pictures effortlessly! Can't thank Jackie (and her husband!) enough. She was also very quick to get us some sneak peeks the very next morning so we could share with our friends and family who were anxiously waiting! Then sent the full album shortly after. Everything was wonderful.

Jackie is the PERFECT mix of professional and fun. Which is exactly what all brides need from the person responsible for all the most important photos from the most important day of your life. Early on in the wedding vendor process, Jackie stood out to me with her communication and responsiveness. Where other photographers were slow to respond or not detailed in their responses, or outrageously over any non-celebrity wedding budget - Jackie was communicating on phone, text, email, and accommodating to our situation. She was able to gently offer advice, but LISTENED to me when I told her what my needs were! She offered meetings and engagement session, etc., but we just couldn't do any of it, due to living across the country. Nonetheless, her communications with me prior to the BIG day, helped me feel at ease. I knew she'd show up and kick butt. She came in friendly as heck and just ready to creatively capture our big day. Such a pleasure to work with her on the big day. Now, i'm still sifting through photos, but overall, they are all phenomenal. She captured what I was looking for and her cost was actually in my budget. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to hire Jackie as their professional photographer - for any occasion. I look forward to working with her more, as one of her clients for life.

Jackie was so great! My Fiance and I were both nervous about getting professional photos done. We didn't want it to look staged and wanted it to reflect us. Jackie helped us find our vision and also gave us some great suggestions along the way. The pictures were a complete reflection of us and our relationship and I could not be happier!

Guys, I was such a spaz after my fiancée proposed - I was shaking, nervous as hell, speechless. Not only did my fiancée book this amazing woman to photograph the proposal but he also booked our entire engagement photoshoot for that moment too. I was so anxious the photos would turn out awkward because I was SO overwhelmed during it, but wow Jackie captured all that emotion in a perfectly beautiful way. She knew exactly what to say to us during the engagement shoot to get the right angles and photos without making us FEEL like we were posing. It made the experience more fun and natural, especially for my fiancee who isn’t the biggest fan of taking pictures. The end result was beautiful candids as well as beautiful poses and of course priceless photos of the actual proposal. All of my girlfriends want their boyfriends to hire Jackie for their future proposals haha! In fact, one already did hire her for his Christmas proposal and their photos were to die for! AND to top it all off Jackie edits her photos in seriously record time so that we could view the photos as soon as possible.
