Marmaros Productions helped our wedding day run so smoothly! Mallory was organized, professional, and responsive. She helped keep us on track during the planning process and gave great advice and recommendations for our timeline and floor plan. They handled all of the vendors on our wedding day and set up our ceremony and reception spaces exactly as imagined. I'm a very Type A person and would not have trusted my wedding coordination to anyone besides Mallory and the Marmaros team. Highly recommend!

Mallory and the Marmaros team did an amazing job for our special day! Not only were they incredible day-of-wedding coordinators, but Mallory went above and beyond in helping us plan prior to the wedding. In our multiple planning sessions, Mallory gave us ideas; guidance, and tips based on her long tenure coordinating weddings. Also, she and her team were familiar with our Venue at the Butterfly pavilion, making communication and planning smooth and easy. On the day of our wedding, they worked great with our wedding party, photographer, officiant, DJ/videographer and caterers.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding- and Mallory and the team did everything they could to make it happen! They made sure to get us food, drinks and even provided last-minute wedding dress repairs! All in all, they took care of all the details so that we could focus our time on enjoying our big day with our friends, family and each other. Thank you Mallory and the Marmaros team!

We hired Marmaros Productions to both help us plan in the leadup to our wedding and for day-of coordination. I cannot say enough about how organized, professional, and helpful Mallory was throughout the entire process. Because of their great templates and processes, we knew the questions to ask ahead of time and we knew what we needed to do to be ready for the big day. When it came to our final venue walkthrough, there were zero questions that we didn't have an answer for and 99% of the questions were answered by going through a process that Marmaros helped us with.

On the day, I absolutely did not think about a single thing other than having fun! Mallory and Olivia made sure my spouse and I ate at the reception. They kept the night rolling along according to schedule without being overbearing. Everyone had a fantastic time and instead of thinking about the schedule, we got to think about making memories with our friends and family.

Megan and the team at Marmaros were amazing when it came to assisting with and coordinating our wedding back in September. Megan was attentive, organized, and always so sweet and pleasant to work with. We did most of the true planning/decision making on our own, but Marmaros provided helpful planning templates to keep us organized, as well as excellent recommendations for the items we were lost on. The DJ Megan recommended did such a great job that our guests continually complimented him for weeks following the wedding. Most importantly, the day of our wedding we didn't have to stress about anything getting done or people being in the right place. Megan and her team took care of absolutely everything. Our wedding day was even better than I could have ever imagined, and it wouldn't have been as smooth (or maybe even possible) without Marmaros.

Marmaros did a wonderful job for my sister's vow renewal in Atlanta in October 2021, so I knew exactly whom to contact when my now-husband and I got engaged last summer. They did not disappoint! Mallory was an absolute delight to work with as we planned our June 2023 wedding. She listened to all of our hopes for the big day and made them happen. She was attentive in coordinating details with the various vendors and venues, and we appreciated her calm approach. From day one of my wedding planning journey I knew I wanted to work with Megan(she came highly recommended from a previous bride) and I was so happy I did. Megan was extremely attentive and helpful during my engagement, but she blew me away on the wedding day. Marmaros Productions was AMAZING to work with! We had the Riesling package, and it a wonderful experience! Megan met with us 4 times before the month of our wedding and also communicated with us over email and phone countless times. These check-ins were great because she helped to make sure we were on track with our planning and gave us advice on what to work on next!

The month of our wedding and the day of our wedding, Marmaros was somehow even more incredible! Megan was so thorough during our walkthrough and with all of the details we communicated with her beforehand. Our wedding look a lot of coordination between many vendors, decor set up, and last minute additions. Megan was even able to add on some pieces of furniture rentals the morning of our wedding (more comfortable chairs for our grandparents) & our entire family was SO grateful for that! Megan and Mallory were both with us the day of the wedding, and they both have an amazing ability to somehow juggle running the entire wedding AND checking in with you constantly. Our wedding was so smooth and stress-free! We loved it so much and cannot thank Megan and Mallory enough for making it happen! We love them and cannot recommend them enough!
