Yo and the team at Grapefruit Photo were, by far, the best decision we made regarding our wedding (other than the decision to get married to begin with)! The first time we spoke with Yo, we were immediately put at ease by her extensive knowledge, straightforwardness, and obvious passion for her job. Yo went above and beyond for us throughout the entire process, from wading into freezing cold water to capture the perfect engagement photos (not to mention her incredible patience and immediate affection for our high energy canine co-stars), to capturing the most amazing photos of our wedding, despite rain and schedule delays, we always felt cared for by Yo (and her team). Yo felt like a trusted friend throughout our engagement, wedding planning, and wedding day. I would 100% recommend choosing Yo and Grapefruit Photo as your wedding photographers--we were blown away by not only her photos, but the level of care she continually showed for us as individuals and as a couple.

Yo and Melanie are the best! Yo was my primary contact and after meeting in person and reviewing her portfolio shortly after our engagement, I knew immediately that we would go with Grapefruit Photo for our wedding. She initiated contact with me prior to both the engagement session and the wedding to address any questions and offer tips and advice. She was flexible when I changed the location for our engagement session last minute, and she was always quick to respond when I reached out with questions. Yo made us feel so comfortable during photos and they couldn’t have turned out better! We had Melanie as our second shooter during the wedding and she is lovely and so talented as well! Yo was so much more than a photographer throughout my engagement and wedding process. Not only did she deliver the most unimaginable photos for both of my sessions but I really appreciated her attentiveness, active communication, valuable suggestions, and sweet demeanor. Yo and her team really went above and beyond for our photo sessions delivering the most artistic, vibrant, and picturesque photos. Since we had reserved the rooftop of Ventanas for our wedding shoot, I asked Yo for suggestions of city shots in the surrounding area before moving to the rooftop and she surprised me with the most incredible shots. She could make a small courtyard in Atlanta look like the Botanical Garden in the shots; talented is an understatement when I describe Yo. Being away from our friends and family for these elopement shots were difficult when it came to dealing with all the logistics of things, but that's where Yo showed to go above and beyond again and helped ensure all was in order and even got me into my wedding dress! Again, if you want one less thing to worry about for your engagement and wedding shoots, hire Yo and her team. They really do care about their clients and their work to the utmost degree. I am so beyond thankful I hired Yo to be my wedding photographer! I cannot speak highly enough of her service or quality of work. Yo's keen eye and editing skills had me looking back at my wedding photos with tears in my eyes. She beautifully captured every emotion and every memorable moment from our wedding so beautifully. To me, wedding pictures are something I knew I would cherish forever. That is the reason why I spent SO much time trying to find the PERFECT photographer for my wedding and, boy, did I. Yo and Melanie were absolutely amazing! She is so easy to work with, makes things fun, and will go out of her way to make sure you are happy! We got married in October and still look at our photos on a regular basis and are amazed that she managed to make 2 awkward people look so perfect! Yo and Heather are absolutely amazing! I was sick on my wedding day, but that didn't stop them from getting incredible pictures. They were also extremely flexible and did whatever we needed. Since I was sick, the ceremony time got pushed back a bit and our time for pictures got cut out. Yo and Heather are magic though, and still managed to get some stunning pictures despite even in the dark. I could not be happier with their work and would recommend them 1000x over!
