Marmaros Productions helped our wedding day run so smoothly! Mallory was organized, professional, and responsive. She helped keep us on track during the planning process and gave great advice and recommendations for our timeline and floor plan. They handled all of the vendors on our wedding day and set up our ceremony and reception spaces exactly as imagined. I'm a very Type A person and would not have trusted my wedding coordination to anyone besides Mallory and the Marmaros team. Highly recommend! -

Mallory and the Marmaros team did an amazing job for our special day! Not only were they incredible day-of-wedding coordinators, but Mallory went above and beyond in helping us plan prior to the wedding. In our multiple planning sessions, Mallory gave us ideas; guidance, and tips based on her long tenure coordinating weddings. Also, she and her team were familiar with our Venue at the Butterfly pavilion, making communication and planning smooth and easy. On the day of our wedding, they worked great with our wedding party, photographer, officiant, DJ/videographer and caterers.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding- and Mallory and the team did everything they could to make it happen! They made sure to get us food, drinks and even provided last-minute wedding dress repairs! All in all, they took care of all the details so that we could focus our time on enjoying our big day with our friends, family and each other. Thank you Mallory and the Marmaros team!

Megan and the team at Marmaros were amazing when it came to assisting with and coordinating our wedding back in September. Megan was attentive, organized, and always so sweet and pleasant to work with. We did most of the true planning/decision making on our own, but Marmaros provided helpful planning templates to keep us organized, as well as excellent recommendations for the items we were lost on. The DJ Megan recommended did such a great job that our guests continually complimented him for weeks following the wedding. Most importantly, the day of our wedding we didn't have to stress about anything getting done or people being in the right place. Megan and her team took care of absolutely everything. Our wedding day was even better than I could have ever imagined, and it wouldn't have been as smooth (or maybe even possible) without Marmaros. -

Marmaros did a wonderful job for my sister's vow renewal in Atlanta in October 2021, so I knew exactly whom to contact when my now-husband and I got engaged last summer. They did not disappoint! Mallory was an absolute delight to work with as we planned our June 2023 wedding. She listened to all of our hopes for the big day and made them happen. She was attentive in coordinating details with the various vendors and venues, and we appreciated her calm approach. Marmaros is FANTASTIC! I can’t recommend them enough! You don’t need to look for anyone else because there is no one better than Marmaros! Our day of coordinator was Sarah and she took the absolute best care of us! Literally couldn’t have imagined not having her be a part of our entire planning process!
She not only took great care of us on the day of but the entire time leading up to the wedding day! At the end of the night, I cried thanking her for everything that she did!
They took so much stress off of my plate and made the day go seamlessly. I didn’t know about anything behind the scenes that wasn’t going right because Sarah took care of all of it and made sure that I didn’t find out and stress about it!!

I cannot thoroughly put into words how amazing Megan and the team at Marmaros Productions are. From day one of my wedding planning journey I knew I wanted to work with Megan(she came highly recommended from a previous bride) and I was so happy I did. Megan was extremely attentive and helpful during my engagement, but she blew me away on the wedding day. Megan and her team were on top of everything, they were encouraging, helpful and truly made me feel cared for. I did not have to worry about a single thing with Marmaros in charge! I absolutely love Megan and her team and will forever be grateful for the impact they made on me me during my wedding planning process and my wedding day. -

Look no further, Marmaros Productions is your dream team. I could write an entire novel on how incredible Marmaros Productions is, but that wouldn't suffice for all that I can say about them. Although the entire team is spectacular, I specifically want to highlight Megan Harris. Almost all wedding planners have the hard skills they need to be successful (organized, detail-driven, professional, etc) as it comes with the job title, but not many planners that I've met possess the soft skills Megan has to get you through one of the biggest events of your life. She's positive, communicative, flexible, calm, has an incredible work ethic, is organized, is your biggest advocate, and most of all she cares about your day as if it were her own. She jumped in RIGHT away once we started partnering together and didn't miss a beat. Megan is the whole package for a wedding planner with mastered skills and a massive heart. Not only do I recommend Marmaros Productions and Megan to help plan your dream wedding, but I would make her lead team member for any event I was planning. Megan was a gift to this whole process for me, and I'm so grateful I know her! -

I consider myself an organized person, but without Megan my day would not have gone as perfectly it did!! She’s so easy to talk to & get along with. I cannot say enough good things about Marmaros!! From start to finish, their team was so helpful. Our original caterer went out of business 3 months before our wedding, and Megan helped us lock down an amazing new caterer within a few days of learning we lost the other caterer. Our best man tested positive for covid a week before the wedding, and they helped us rearrange everything so gracefully! On the day of the wedding, my family and I were able to relax and just enjoy the day knowing Marmaros was taking care of everything, and they set up our ceremony and reception even more beautifully than I had imagined it! They are very knowledgeable about the wedding industry and have tons of vendor connections to call up if needed (like our catering situation!). Their entire team is so sweet and so Type A, which makes them the perfect wedding planners! Such an outstanding team, and I’m so thankful I had them throughout the wedding planning process and the day of! If you don’t want a planner for the entire process, I definitely recommend them at least for the day of because having them there on our wedding day made all the difference for my family and me getting to just relax and enjoy the day! -

One of the best decisions we made for our Vow Renewal was hiring Marmaros Productions as our day-of coordinators. Megan & her team allowed us to fully soak in the joy of the day as we left all of the last minute details and to-dos in their capable hands. From our initial meetings to the day after the event, we were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by their attention to detail, thorough communication and can-do attitude. Each one of Megan's team members exuded excitement, warmth, and professionalism which put the wedding party and our guests at ease as they helped us navigate our way through the evening. Best Wedding Planner
Megan Harris with Marmaros was attentive, organized and very resourceful throughout the planning process. Megan alleviated any stress leading up to the wedding also providing helpful tips and resources that kept us on track for the big day. Megan took the reins on our rehearsal day and made sure everyone knew exactly what they were doing and made it fun and enjoyable. On our wedding day we knew we had absolutely nothing to stress because Megan and her team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner and we are very grateful that we pick Megan Harris and the Marmaros team to help us throughout our wedding planning. We would definitely recommend Megan Harris and the Marmaros team to anyone. -

My husband and I knew we wanted a wedding coordinator for our big day... but we also knew we were on a budget. We came across Marmaros Productions and couldn’t be happier from the start of the planning to the very end! Marmaros (Megan) met us 3x, and each time it was always so thorough and on point. We always covered everything needed. She had templates and timelines set up for me to complete. When I needed Megan and contacted her, she was always responsive and helpful throughout our time planning. They were super flexible and understanding and still even worked with me throughout the Covid craziness. They handled everything on walk-thru day with our venue (I had no idea what to expect). For rehearsal, it couldn’t have ran any smoother. On the day of wedding, Megan & Mallory both made the day seamless! I never worried or stressed. EVER. Everything was perfect! They handled everything behind the scenes. Whatever we asked of, they executed. Whatever they didn’t want me to worry about, they handled it. They handled things before I can even ask... or when I asked, it was already done! They helped fix my dress, etc. As we planned, I never felt the pressure of making decisions I didn’t want in any way. They never pressured me!! They wanted what my husband and I envisioned and stood behind our vision 100%. I would recommend them to anyone! Marmaros is professional, organized, on point, & fun! They helped make my day perfect! They’re the best! 💯 (& Did I mention, they even got on the dance floor with me! 💃🏻) -

They are truly the best and made my wedding day the most perfect day. I was planning a destination wedding, dealing with the pandemic throughout my engagement, and a cross country move from TX to TN. Megan was always responsive/flexible with my hospital work schedule, helped me with any tasks, and always there to calm my nerves. On my wedding day I did not have to worry/stress about anything because Megan and Mallory were there to make the day go smoothly. Not to mention my friends and family loved them too! 10/10 recommend these gals for all your wedding planning needs! After our first meeting with Megan my *now* husband was even excited about her and how much of a help she was. We truly could not have had the most perfect wedding weekend with out the Marmaros team! -

I cannot recommend Marmaros Productions enough!! Working with them was one of the best choices I made related to my wedding! I am absolutely a control freak, so letting someone else take the reigns was a little scary for me, but Megan and Mallory couldn’t have done better! They are so organized, professional, friendly and always on top of things. They were always available, quick to respond and ready to help in any way. They made my wedding day as simple as it could be for me! Megan and Mallory kept the day running smoothly and probably took care of problems I didn’t even know about. Absolutely amazing!
Working with Marmaros Productions was one of the best decisions Devin and I made when planning our wedding! We got engaged about two weeks after one of my best friends got married, and she raved about how wonderful Marmaros Productions was and how essential they were in the wedding planning process. Obviously we NEEDED Marmaros Production. Megan and Mallory went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping us plan our wedding. Devin and I got engaged pre-covid and Megan and Mallory were even more of a help with navigating wedding planning and making changes in a pandemic.
Once the day of the wedding got here, there was nothing to worry about as Megan and Mallory handled all the vendors and made sure things went as smoothly as possible. It's no coincidence that the two weddings I've been a part of that Marmaros has coordinated have been two of the smoothest flowing and well timed weddings I've ever experienced!
Our wedding day would seriously have not been the same without them! They will be there to support you and guide you on this crazy adventure of wedding planning! They have your back and will help to make your wedding dreams come true. They are simply the best and you can absolutely trust them to handle your big day! -

The most relaxing day of my life.
As a self-admitting control freak, it took a LOT of trust to put all the details of our wedding that I spent hundreds of hours planning into someone else's hands. However, after our initial consultation with Megan, I immediately felt no apprehension and handing off our big day to her was the easiest decision.
Marmaros went far above and beyond the call of duty leading up to our event, quickly answering any questions I had throughout the process and meeting with me several times to check in. Once wedding month hit, I did not have to give a single thought about speaking with my vendors or the flow of the day.
On our wedding day, I walked into the venue and it was like everything magically appeared and I could just take it all in and enjoy! As they set up our decor, I was in the bridal suite all morning hanging out with my girls, enjoying snacks and mimosas. Megan even thought to take some extra photos and videos throughout the night for us to look back on! After our seamless ceremony, we entered the the reception with hot food already on our sweetheart table. As we enjoyed the music and dancing, Marmaros discreetly began tearing down our decor so that neither of our families had to stay all night and clean. We drove off to our honeymoon without a care in the world knowing everything would be taken care of!
Whenever someone asks me about my wedding, I confidently say that my wedding day was one of the most relaxing days of my life. I attribute this to Marmaros 100%. Had I not hired them, I would have missed so many small, meaningful moments with my loved ones that I never would've gotten back.
I really can't put into words how grateful I am for Megan and I cannot imagine not having her as my coordinator. She cared not only about the success of our event but for me as a bride. I could not put a price tag on how essential her support was to the success of my wedding day.
After going through the wedding planning process, my number one advice to brides is to hire a coordinator and my number one recommendation is Marmaros! -

A Dream!!!
Working with Megan was nothing less than a dream for our big day. Not only was she incredibly organized, professional, and on time, but she was always supportive, never pushy, and I always felt like she had my best interest and vision at the forefront. I also had Megan helping me in the months leading up to the big day. This was a HUGE stress relief. Brides usually only go through this process once in their life, and it’s amazing to have someone who is super experienced making sure I didn’t forget anything and that we were on track planning-wise. If I had to pick one word to describe my big day being handled by Megan would be peaceful. I know, that's an odd word to use to describe my special day, but thats what it was. Peaceful. No matter what seemed to blow up and go wrong, and you know something always will, Megan had it under control. Family matters/drama, she was on it. My dress was torn, no problem! Megan got her sewing kit and it was fixed in no time! We forgot to have flowers put by the cake so the table looked better, no problem! Megan simply took the bridesmaid's bouquets and arranged them to look beautiful! Whatever the day tried to trow our way, megan had it handled in no time. It was absolutely the best day of my life. I was so glad Megan was there to take care of everything so I could truely soak it all in and enjoy everything.

Wow, what to say about them?? We mostly worked with Mallory and Olivia, whom we met through my Maid of Honor. These ladies are amazing and will take care of all your wedding needs!! We met up several times throughout the process (they worked with our schedules too) and they were happy to be available through calls, texts, and emails as well!! They thought of things that I didn’t even know to think of when it came to wedding planning!! They visited our venue beforehand, helped plan the flow of the wedding, created a rain plan, and made reserved seating signs. They even provided table numbers and easels for our wedding welcome sign and “No Cellphones during the Ceremony” sign, just to name a few things they had/did! And in case of emergency, they showed me their emergency preparedness kits!!
On the day of, they took care of decorating, seat arrangement/placement, coordinating people (at the rehearsal and wedding day), the Facebook Live Stream (for the relatives and friends who couldn’t make it), making dinner plates for us, collecting the cards/gifts, packing up our get-away car, the tear-down process, and who knows what else!! They took care of EVERYTHING so that my now husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything and were able to dance and enjoy everything!!
Our wedding went so smoothly because of them and if something went wrong, well, I didn’t know about it, because it was a flawless experience for us!! Thank you so so much, Mallory and Olivia for EVERYTHING. We couldn’t have had a fairytale wedding without your kindness, attention to detail, organization, patience, wedding planning knowledge and teamwork!! Amazing!
Wow! Hiring Marmaros Productions was the SINGLE BEST DECISION we made for our wedding. My husband and I were married in September 2019 at CeNita Vineyards. It was a very DIY wedding with lots of vendors and moving pieces. I spoke with Megan with Marmaros prior to hiring her and we instantly hit it off. I felt like I was speaking with an old friend.
Fast forward to a few months later… my work schedule ramped up and kept me on the road as the wedding creeped closer. Megan was diligent though and kept me on track. This is where her education and professional experience shines. Her templates were super helpful, detailed, and easy to fill out. She truly thinks of everything when it comes to the wedding timeline. This paid off on our wedding day. Megan’s planning and coordination on the front end ensured that all of our vendors were on time and where they were supposed to be. This made our day so much less stressful. She kept the wedding on schedule and honestly fun! Her and her assistant even jumped out on the dance floor at one point to teach our guests a dance that no one knew.
I also want to comment on how Megan and her assistant saved the day more than once! Megan brought a ‘wedding day essentials’ kit filled with important items.. scissors, lighters, bobby pins.. you name it! I’m pretty sure we tapped into that bag several times that day. Next, it was extremely windy the day of the wedding, which made decorating a challenge. Megan and her assistant worked so hard to have everything decorated and secure against the wind. Everything looked beautiful and exactly how I envisioned. Last, it was the day of and we couldn’t locate sparklers in the 4 surrounding states for our sparkler send off. I started to panic, but Megan worked her magic, pulled some strings and had the SPARKLERS DELIVERED in time for the send-off. AMAZING. Megan truly went above and beyond. I could seriously keep raving, but this review is getting long!
Working with Megan and her assistant was such a pleasure. She was professional, poised, organized and so sweet. Our guests enjoyed her and our family loved her. She treated us as not only clients, but friends.. family even. I cannot thank you enough Megan for all that you did for us and for making our day so beautiful. Thank you for being so patient and kind to us. If you are looking for wedding coordination services, please stop your search and hire Marmaros Productions. You will be so incredibly happy that you did! -

When we got engaged, I was pretty excited to plan out my wedding. Marmaros guided me in a timeline of what I needed to have done and when while following my lead in my vision of the wedding. What I really wanted Marmaros to do was be my day of coordinators. My goal was for myself, my groom, and our parents to not lift a finger on the big day so we could enjoy each other's company and really take in every beautiful moment. We got just that! From our first meeting several months out from the wedding I knew Megan and Mallory had everything under control, they were a well oiled machine. I even had a few moments of panic where I wasn't sure we would be ready in time and they talked me off the ledge and reminded me how prepared we were. The day of was perfect, they set up all the centerpieces and made sure it matched the seating chart, they set up all the extra tables and chairs, they made sure all the ceremony elements were ready to go, they coordinated myself, my groom and all the bridal party so we were where we needed to be for the photographer and videographer who were also directed by Marmaros of where to be and when. They most importantly stayed in constant communication with myself and my groom so we were calm and knew what was going on and didn't go in the wrong area so we didn't see each other before the ceremony. And the most touching of all, right before they opened the doors so I could walk down the aisle with my dad, they reminded me to breath and enjoy every moment and waited until I gathered myself and was ready to go. They did such a great job at the reception too, releasing tables, encouraging people to go dance and making sure everyone was ready for the send off. Overall my groom and I both agree it was the most perfect wedding and Marmaros Productions was a huge help in making sure everything went off without a hitch. -

Because I also work on the vendor side of the industry, Marmaros had their hands full when I came to them as a bride. Even so, they managed to stay 10 steps ahead at all times and took care things I didn't even realize!! Having our day be so stress free was entirely because we hired Marmaros Productions. Nancy Sent on 10/06/2018These girls were amazing. We got MUCH more than we paid for. We used Marmaros for our daughters wedding as day-of coordinators. HOWEVER, they started 6 months before, outlining plans, asking questions, contacting vendors answering questions, sending encouragement and reminders. The day of the wedding they worked endlessly - arriving at the venue before we did and not leaving until we did. They helped with decor, guests, wedding party and somehow stayed close to the bride at all times - ready to help. I cannot recommend them enough
