With years of experience and having worked with hundreds of families and couples across New York State, Pennsylvania, and even nationwide, Maris has captured a wide range of wedding experiences. She has seamlessly collaborated with clients from California, Colorado, Kansas, and many other states, ensuring that their vision is captured perfectly no matter the distance. From traditional ceremonies to intimate elopements and small gatherings, she has worked with diverse groups, including those with unique traditions and customs such as hand-tying, Christian ceremonies, LGBTQIA+ weddings, traditional Pakistani celebrations, and more.
Maris believes every couple's journey is special, which is why her motto is: “Your love and story are unique; your wedding photography coverage should be, too!” She is passionate about ensuring that your wedding photography reflects your personal story, traditions, and love, making it a true representation of your day.
Having started photographing larger events in 2013 and officially launching Maris Plymale Photography in 2018, Maris is experienced in capturing not only the pivotal moments but also the candid, emotional, and sometimes unplanned instances that make your day unforgettable.

Maris is amazing!
The BEST wedding photographer, hands down.
On the day of our wedding, she collaborated seamlessly with our videographer and the venue owner to make things as easy as possible for me and my bridesmaids. She even got my nieces to smile and stand still for our group photo, which is unheard of!
My bridesmaid who has been in/attended approximately one thousand weddings (love you, Sarah!) said Maris was the best photographer she'd ever worked with. I agree wholeheartedly.
