Shannon made my wedding cake at the last minute, two weeks before my wedding I believe. We showed her a picture of how we wanted our cake to look like and was quite impressed by the finished product. It looked exactly like, if not better than the cake we envisioned. It was delicious and very creamy. She uses buttercream, which I wasn't too impressed with at first, until I tasted our wedding cake. I definitely recommend her. She even personally delivered the cake to my reception. Talk about quality customer service!

I searched high and low for a cake or cupcake vendor and I tried several, not because I love cake, well I do, but I'm a bit of a cake connoisseur and I wasn't finding anything that was delish out there. I found a lot of bland cakes out there and I wasn't thrilled with any of my options. As I had almost confirmed a cake with another vendor I found Shannon's website by a total fluke. Her business is new and she is just starting off but she creates some of the best cakes I've yet found. I think the key is her background from working at the Ritz. Her buttercreams and mouses are TO DIE FOR. And she knows how to build a stunning cake. We had three layers of cake with three different flavors and the cake turned out to be beautiful and more importantly SOOOOO YUMMY! She's a fabulous new find in the area so make sure to book a tasting as people are catching on that her cakes are some of the best in central california.
