Amazing Vendor to work with

Rica was such a helpful coordinator and made our events as vendors extremely smoothly. She was communicative and responsive to all my questions for upcoming events. We had the pleasure of working with her for two events in less than a month. Her instructions and directions were clear and concise so there was no confusion and our clients would be satisfied with our services. I look forward to working with Rica in the near future.

Love them!

Rica worked with us on everything from pre-planning certain events to contacting the vendors before hand... and then of course handling everything day-of. We seriously didn't have to worry about anything because we knew Rica had everything under control. Our event was actually BETTER than we thought it was going to be - and it's partly because of Rica and her team.

Hiring Marichar Events as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions made for the wedding. Both Rica and Trina were very attentive and professional throughout planning process of the wedding. With my wedding being at the Richard Nixon Library in Orange County, a venue they were unfamiliar with, our initial meeting was scheduled for a walk through of the venue. Throughout the meeting, Rica and Trina were constantly coming up with different ideas and giving me suggestions, including things I would have never thought of.

Leading up to the wedding, both were easy to get a hold of and got back to me in a timely manner. They were very organized, on top of every thing, and always kept me in the loop without stressing me out.

I was stress free on the day of the wedding and Trina handled everything perfectly, especially when things didn't go according to plan. Even after the wedding, Trina was contacting me to make sure I got back everything from the venue and anything extra that might have been left behind.

Marichar Events goes above and beyond expectations of a coordinator and I am so grateful for all the work they put into making our wedding day so special Thank you Marichar Events!

I was a fool to think that I could handle everything that goes with wedding planning and execution alone with my maid of honor. Hiring Rica to organize the details was the best decision I made involving the wedding (and that includes my choice of groom, haha!)

From our first phone meeting I knew that Rica was trustworthy and incredibly valuable. She kept up with my vendors and even went out of her way to visit the bakery in person when she stopped responding to questions concerning our cake. She came to my home the weekend before the wedding to pick up all decorations and smaller things for the bridal suite so that my wedding party could just focus on getting ready for the day.

I cannot stress enough how much I leaned on Rica throughout the process of planning and then on the actual wedding day. She handles things you don't even think about, like coordinating getting the bride and groom fed, making sure we had some alone time and so forth.

Our outdoor wedding happened on the hottest day of the year and she made sure that the wedding party was well taken care of, keeping us hydrated and with access to air conditioned rooms as needed.

Rica was THE BEST! She was our day-of coordinator for our wedding at The Skirball Cultural Center. She stayed on task, solved issues that came up, and kept the day flowing. She took the time to meet with me in person twice prior to our wedding. She was always there to answer any of my questions and was always available leading up to the day of the wedding. The day-of she set up all the items that went on our reception tables, all the items that were on the welcome tables, ceremony programs/bubbles, and helped coordinate all my vendors. Rica even set up a very difficult paper cone backdrop I made for our ceremony hehe. She's a great planner and I encourage everyone at a minimum to hire Rica as a day-of coordinator. She took the stress of last minute changes and last minute vendor questions so we can just enjoy ourselves. She even introduced herself to our vendors the week before as well as started taking over last minute planning so that the transition was smooth. Thank you Rica for a wonderful day!

Don't take a chance about hiring somebody else. Marichar will take care of you and will give her 120% effort to make your dream wedding come true. She is super organized and on top of everything. She made our timeline and coordinated the vendors flawlessly. Thank you again Marichar.

It was great working with Rica! She made planning our wedding easy. I was able to call/text her at anytime and she always got back to me quickly. On our wedding day I was stress free and she handled everything perfectly. I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I wanted a stress free memorable night where all our friends and loved ones could come and have an enjoyable evening. This is exactly what occured at our wedding. Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I for having Rica and her amazing assistant Trina. They truly love what they do and they are good at it. They treated all our family members with such grace and gentleness. Rica and Trina were the first ones to the venue and got to assist all the vendors & made sure they arrive on time. They were also the last ones to leave the venue and made sure everything was cleaned up. They took care of everything from the preparations,ceremony to the reception . Our wedding turned out to be stress free, smooth and memorable! If you are considering who to hire for your wedding, hire them! You will never regret your decision.

Rica is an amazing person. She was our day of wedding coordinator and she was flawless. The one and only true reason why we considered her to be flawless is that nothing that day bothered us, upset us, or felt as thou something was missing. She handled all the issues, hiccups, and unruly guests without bothering myself or my husband, and that is all that matters to us.
