Our engagement session with Maria was such a special experience! From the moment we met her at the beach, she made us feel completely at ease. Maria photographed my engagement and wedding photos. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and very talented (which is obvious when seeing her work on her website/social media). My husband and I are not used to taking pictures. Maria made us feel not only comfortable, but we really enjoyed the experience and had fun. I was very anxious the day of my wedding and Maria helped calm my nerves. Wedding days are undoubtedly crazy/hectic, even when the day is well planned - Maria was very professional and focused for mine and did a really good job at taking control when appropriate. I really feel like she helped the day go smoothly for me despite not also being a wedding coordinator/planner. One thing I didn't appreciate when choosing my vendors is that you do spend quite a bit of time with them. So, making sure you like both their work and personality is important. My sister and I were planning our weddings for 2023 and 2024, and I first had the pleasure of meeting Maria when she photographed my sister’s wedding in Newport, RI. I vividly remember helping my sister choose her photographer—she had several great options, but it was clear that Maria’s couple- and family-focused vision was the perfect match to capture her big day. After seeing the stunning engagement photos Maria took of my sister and her now husband, I knew I needed to do whatever it took to have her photograph my own wedding.
