MANSA is a hospitality brand based in New York City. We take all of the attention to detail that fine dining offers with a warm and homey approach. We want to be able to share this with you during life's most important moments and create unforgettable experiences.
Manuela Sanin, our Chef and Founder, grew up in Medellin, Colombia, and immigrated to the US at the young age of 10. She went to Culinary School at 19 and has dedicated her life to restaurants, hospitality and food.
She began her culinary career in neighborhood restaurants in New York City, eventually working her way up to Executive Pastry Sous Chef at none other than Michellin-starred Eleven Madison Park. There, she lead the pastry team and developed a love for minimalistic aesthetic and bold flavors.
She then founded MANSA in Los Angeles and recently relocated back to New York City!
