History
Mangiamo was constructed in 1873 by Augustus Paddock during the lumbering boom of the mid-1800s when Grand Rapids was just a fledgling city and furniture manufacturing was beginning to thrive. Well over a century later the Gilmore family transformed the mansion and grounds into a unique event space for parties, tastings, live music, and catered events.
