I cannot recommend Mandola's enough! The food was absolutely delicious and also really affordable for our intimate wedding. Delia was such a pleasure to communicate with throughout the whole process - she always responded so promptly and was very flexible with a date change and updates to the menu. We also got our wedding cake from Mandola's and it turned out so beautiful and absolutely delicious!

I can't begin to say enough about Mandola's. I chose them because they were far more affordable than other catering options, we loved the idea of pizza, and they were the perfect balance between what we wanted (casual and fun) and what our Italian family wanted (more formal, many options, and food for daaaaays).

My contact was Delia. She is phenomenal, like always responded to my emails in basically 5 minutes later (how???), and incredibly nice and accommodating of my many changes and questions.

The food was delicious. We got appetizers, dinner (buffet style pizza and sides), and dessert (gelato and pastries). My favorite was the appetizers and gelato. :) I enjoyed the staff as well! The servers and bartender were all so sweet and I really enjoyed talking with them. (The bartender from Mandola's just served the drinks. We made the drinks ourselves, and it worked out great.)

Also the leftover pizza was delicious as we read through all our cards that night. :D

Mandola's was amazing! I have been to plenty of weddings, and they were, by far, the best. Delia was also very accommodating, and made everything go so smooth. I will recommend them to everybody! Also, definitely get the dessert tray, it was worth every penny!

We booked them for our rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! Leading up to the wedding they were super responsive and did everything possible to keep us within budget, prepared for weather, and as in sync as possible. The food was delicious and was setup/served on time. Huge win considering how many hungry guests and wedding party members we had.

We wanted to do low-key, but delicious food for our wedding, and we worked with Mandola's and TacoDeli to serve pizza and tacos. But don't be deceived--food was low-key, but amazing quality. We worked with Jen at Mandola's to do a pizza tasting (how fun is that??) and picked four pizzas for them to serve from their brick oven pizza truck they brought to the venue. We also opted for a caprese salad and a big tray of cookies to go with the pizzas. The staff showed up early to set up, and everyone was impressed with how quickly they churned out fresh pizzas and got everyone served so quickly.

They can't do the pizza oven if weather is stormy, so we even got to do a delicious tasting for a Plan B menu. While the Plan B menu would have been great, I'm so glad the weather cooperated and the pizza was possible. It was one of things our guests raved about most from the night. Highly recommend working with this team!

We loved the idea of serving food everyone would love at the wedding, we were even more excited when we found Mandola's mobile pizza oven! Guests were able to check out the pizza oven while walking into the venue and everyone raved about the buffet. The salads were so fresh and the pizza was delicious! The staff was amazing to work with, they made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Mandola's was great to work with! They were so accommodating of any requests, changes and budgetary concerns. Even through change in catering manager everything went well. I searched at least ten other caterers in the Austin area and this was one of the best bang for the buck you can get an not be stuck with hungry guests. The food was truly amazing and the presentation at the wedding was professional. Both the food and service did not feel like your average 'wedding catering' and they had so many options to work with. The team was willing and ready to step up and even helped our wedding coordinator with last minute logistics. I would absolutely want to work with Mandola's again because they were reliable and easy to work with. And affordable in a very saturated market of expensive caterers.

We had our wedding and the reception at Mandola's at Arbor Trails in south Austin. The food was good and the staff was kind and attentive. our guests had a great, fun, relaxing time.

All communication with this vendor was long distance, and via emails or phone calls so not as effective as we'd hoped. They arrived for a formal wedding reception with food on plastic carry out containers like one would find at your local grocery store. Stuffed mushrooms were cold (server actually told us they were supposed to be served that way); What was to be fried zucchini was served sauteed and so spicy most guests could not eat it. I could go on and on about how bad it was.
