Facilities & Capacity
Mammoth Mountain offers couples over 15 possible event spaces, each with a unique ambiance and special features. The McCoy Station offers sundecks and rooftops overlooking the lake, which is ideal for an outdoor wedding ceremony. Multiple indoor ceremony and reception options, including the Eleven53 Interpretive Center, which sits 11,000 feet above sea level, are also available. This idyllic venue overlooks the stunning Sierra Nevada Range, Mammoth Lakes, and Long Valley Caldera. All designated ceremony and reception sites can be customized to fit your wedding’s budget and size. Depending on your event space selection, Mammoth Mountain can accommodate weddings of up to 300 guests.
Services Offered
Upon inquiry, couples are always offered a complimentary site tour and a list of recommended vendors. Their wedding planning staff aids all couples who have booked the venue in designing their floor plan, coordinating vendor logistics, crafting a wedding timeline, and handling transportation concerns. Every wedding package includes the cost of banquet and bartending staff, flatware, china, and glassware. Linens, napkins, tables, chairs, and a dance floor, if applicable, are also provided. You can add unique touches to your wedding with wood arbors, chuppahs, tower heaters, lanterns, and aisle runners. Audio-visual equipment, and various other unique décor and enhancements can be rented and added to your package. A range of premium catering and beverage services are also available, offering delightful dishes, sophisticated refreshments, and much more for your pleasure.

Mammoth: The Perfect Place to Get Married
One of the highlights for our guests was riding the chairlift to and from the wedding, which added such a unique and magical touch to the day. The staff at June Mountain went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and the food? It was absolutely incredible—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it!
If you’re considering Mammoth for your wedding, don’t hesitate. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

Best Day Ever!
We also hired outside coordination as well as vendors from out of town and MMSA’s communication and collaboration with the other members of our wedding team was beyond seamless. We had our ceremony at Forest Chapel and the reception at Camp High Sierra on a day in which the fall mountain weather could not decide what it wanted to do (sun, cloudy, drizzle/rain, windy!!). I’ll never forget the kindness of the Mammoth catering staff who gave us warm drinks and ushered us into the reception area during cocktail hour to thaw by the fireplace because we spent nearly thirty minutes in the cold taking our portraits!! While they do work with so many couples, they truly make you feel valued and take the time to get to know you and your significant other to figure out how to nail all the details.
Our special day was perfect and so much more than we could have ever imagined.

Abigail is a very competent wedding coordinator for the June mountain facility. It is 8000 feet in the air overlooking gull lake and June lake and it is absolutely beautiful
