I hired Jackie and her team from Mallia Salon to take care of hair/make up for my entire bridal party, moms, grandmom, and myself. The girls from Mallia did a fantastic job! Both hair and make up lasted all day/night long on a hot summer day! Jackie and team were super friendly and professional. They made all of us feel comfortable and beautiful for the big day! I'm so happy we chose Mallia Salon and highly recommend for anyone needing hair/make up for their big day!

I found Mallia at the Maryland Bridal Expo and booked them just a few days later for my wedding. Jackie, Ally, and Emily provided all of the hair and makeup looks for myself, bridesmaids, and flower girls (just hair)-- and traveled to the hotel, which. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and were very happy with their hair and makeup. The makeup looked natural and held up through tears (there were no streaks in foundation or smudged mascara/eyeliner). Emily was amazing and I know my girls plan to use and/or recommend her for other upcoming weddings. Jackie did my hair and it looked exactly like my vision. I had a few trials (one at the bridal show and one other one) and I picked something completely different for the wedding day and it held all day (almost 9 hours) with only need for one bobby pin fix. My bridesmaid's hair all held up and matched their personalities, vision, and styles.

I love Mallia Salon! I was referred to them at the last minute when my hair stylist backed out three weeks before the wedding. Mallia Salon was incredibly accomodating. The quality of their service for the price is just oustanding. Jackie is a serious business woman who has put her heart and soul into her salon and Ashley, the stylist I worked with was superb! If I they weren't so far away from me they would be my permanent hair salon now! The salon itself is beautiful if your wedding is nearby it would be a delight to go there for day of services. Ashley came to my hotel for getting ready and she was so awesome. Ashley arrived early, she was very professional and so patient with my long thick curly hair getting blown out and set! I'm very particular about how I want my hair to look but not very articulate about describing it and Ashley worked with me for quite a while at a trial the week before the wedding to get this right and then was able to replicate it on my wedding day. She did my Mom's hair and my maid of honor as well and everyone was so happy with their look.

Jackie is an amazing hairstylist! I go to Jackie on a regular basis for all of my hair needs, so there was not a question in my mind that she would be doing the hair and makeup for my wedding! From the beginning to the end, working with Jackie was great. She listened to all of my ideas, looked at my sample pictures and my hair turned out better then I even could have imagined, not to mention that the salon is beautiful. I went to the salon for my hair and makeup trial, but Jackie will come to you and your bridal party on the day of your wedding. Jackie even cut my husband's hair for the wedding. Overall, I could not be more pleased with everything!! Stop looking now and choose Mallia, you will not be disappointed!!!!

From the time I had my hair and makeup trial with Jackie, I knew I was in good hands because she was very responsive to the various Pinterest wedding hair and makeup pictures I had showed her. She found the common elements between the pictures and was able to create a look that I really loved. On the morning of my wedding, Jackie and Ashley helped keep the atmosphere light and stress free, but worked efficiently to make sure my five bridesmaids, my mom, and myself were ready on time.

Additionally, Danielle, the manager, was great to work with and helped to develop a "plan b" when unforeseen circumstances arose a few weeks before my wedding.

I would definitely recommend Mallia Salon and Spa to anyone who needs wedding hair and makeup services (or even just a regular hair stylist!)

5.31.2014- Jackie and Beth, with Mallia Salon & Spa, EXCEEDED my highest expectations for our wedding hair and make up for myself and my three bridesmaids. Jackie created the most beautiful up-do's for my bridesmaids and I. She is a highly skilled and highly trained professional with a formula for success. While Jackie did hair, Beth did make up for my girls. I have never seen them look so stunning as they did on my wedding day. In addition to being so talented at what they do, both ladies were a pure joy to be around while we got ready for the wedding and even helped with several little tasks not related to hair and make up. In addition, my photographer said that the way Jackie pinned in my veil is the best he has ever seen. The wind and people's feet and hands tugged at it all day and it didn't move. Thank you so much for being a huge part of making my wedding dreams come true! You ladies gave me the confidence I needed to feel special and beautiful for our big day!

Jackie, the salon owner, was a pleasure to work with from booking to wedding day. She was very responsive to all of my emails and got me a detailed contract quickly. I found her rates to be excellent for the value she provides. The hair trial was a lot of fun, and Jackie listened to my ideas and made her own suggestions as well. I LOVED the style she created! Jackie graciously came to my home the morning of my wedding, and she recreated the style flawlessly. The styles she created for my bridesmaids were beautiful as well, and she worked super quickly! All of us got a ton of compliments at the wedding, and we couldn't believe how convenient and stress-free Jackie made our morning. Also, Jackie emailed me after the wedding to wish me congratulations and ask for pictures. So sweet! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this talented, kind, and professional stylist.
