Food trucks are such a great catering option for rehearsal dinners and weddings! I had them cater my wedding at the Hermitage Museum and it was perfect! Nichole and John were very quick to respond and helped me design a custom menu. All my guests loved walking up to the truck and everyone was served very quickly. It was all-you-can-eat for 3 hours and there was never a line to get food. John and his staff were fun and friendly to everyone. The BBQ is top notch and my guests were all impressed with the food! Affordable and easy. I'd recommend The Flying Pig to anyone!
