It was a delight working with Mahani Events. We booked Priyanna to be our day​-of​-wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond in the months/weeks leading to the event to make sure we are prepared and on track. Priyanna was organized, thorough, and catered to our preferences - plus, she added little personalized touches throughout. She made some excellent recommendations along the way (e.g., group photos) and games to keep the guests entertained that we are so glad that we incorporated into our event. We've had guests who pointed out her unique ideas as being innovative and fun. To top it all, she worked seamlessly with all the vendors. This was her first time working at the venue and with some of the vendors but she was a champion in managing everything. We truly didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the event - not only that but she ensured everything was packed and reached our room safely. As a wedding photographer and filmmaker, I've worked with Priya on a number of occasions so I felt comfortable reaching out to her to help plan my own wedding. Niiang, my wife, had very high expectations so it was tough for her to trust someone to not only help plan our wedding and see our vision, but to also help figure out the most affordable options for vendors.

Pre Wedding:
Priya always made sure to reach out to us if she had any concerns or questions about our wedding. She made deadlines for us, which we weren't always good at keeping, but she was very flexible. She helped communicate with our vendors as our middle person so that we didn't have to do all the heavy lifting, and this kept things organized for Niiang and I because we were already doing a lot leading up to the wedding (our full-time jobs and DIYs for the wedding day). Priya helped to schedule taste testings, venue viewings, and make-up trial sessions. We had a good number of Facetime calls with Priya in order to figure out timeline, logistics, questions, and anything else about our wedding day. She'd make notes about tasks that needed to be completed and made sure to address them.

Wedding Day:
We didn't feel too stressed on our wedding day knowing that Priya was on top of all the various events of the day. Many of our guests gave us very positive feedback of how the day went. Our venue, The French Farmhouse, was a very beautiful venue to hold our wedding. Priya and her husband (and assistant), Sammy, coordinated the wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding, as well as set up most of the decorations for the ceremony and reception. On the actual day of the wedding, Priya helped to adjust the timeline accordingly when things started to run behind on the schedule. She helped by communicating with the DJ as well as confirming with us before any changes were made to the schedule.

Post Wedding:
Priya helped with the hectic days following the wedding because we had to quickly return several items that we rented out. She's posted several things in her Instagram which my wife and I were excited to look through.

Overall:
We had a very pleasant experience with Priya. She is very fast at communicating and open to suggestions. She makes sure things are done in a timely manner and helped us stay organized. Priya is also thoughtful and caring and puts out a lot of good suggestions. She is a hard worker and you can tell that she is passionate about wedding planning. Because she has experience in weddings, if something doesn't seem right to her, she'll tell her clients her opinions, but at the end of the day she will support her clients' decisions even if she doesn't fully agree with their choices. We believe that our wedding wouldn't have been such a success without Priya and Sammy, and we greatly appreciate not only their help and support, but also their friendship!
