They offer a great service! I went to this shop because it is close to my house and they always have beautiful arrangements. Their customer service is amazing, they are super friendly and always there to talk to you and answer any questions. I went there with a couple of ideas and pictures and the result the day of the wedding was so beautiful, the service amazing, the staff so friendly, I have nothing to complain about, I will recommend and use them from now on on every special occasion.

The selection seemed endless. I felt like the man who was taking care of me wasn't listening to me completely. I said I hate roses but he seemed to want to push for roses. I had wild ideas that were made possible, so that is a definate plus. I just hate that I had to reitterate everything so much. I was emailed the wrong contract, so make sure you look at it carefully. The centerpieces were missing ivy, which is what I loved most about the centerpieces I chose, so a disappointment there. Also, they forgot my throw boquet. He swore he brought it - um, no he didnt.
