I couldn’t imagine going with any other florist in Chicago! Hedonia flowers is an unbelievable value, Kristine was professional and passionate from our first phone call. She was understood the vision and executed it to a tee!

Our venue was the Newberry Library and flower plan helped added to the beautiful of an already fabulous building. Kristine showed up on time and with bouquets ready to go adding my family charms to my bouquet.

From our very first conversation, Christen proved she is equal parts visionary and collaborator. She took the time to truly understand our vision, but she also listened carefully to the challenges we faced—especially my mother's severe flower allergies. Rather than treating that as a limitation, she saw it as an opportunity to create something extraordinary.

Her solution was nothing short of brilliant: breathtaking silk orchid centerpieces that looked so realistic our guests couldn't believe they weren't fresh flowers. They perfectly captured the colorful, elegant aesthetic we were hoping for while allowing my mom (who has flower allergies) to fully enjoy the celebration without worry. That level of creativity and thoughtfulness meant more to our family than I can adequately express.
One of my favorite memories from the planning process was visiting Christen's shop in Bridgeport for our floral sample. First of all, her studio is absolutely charming—one of those hidden gems that feels like it belongs on Main Street, U.S.A. Then I turned the corner and saw our centerpiece for the first time. My jaw literally dropped. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the most beautiful things I'd ever seen. In that moment, I knew we had made the right choice.

Every floral detail was thoughtfully executed. The monobotanical bouquets for my bridesmaids were timeless and elegant, and the silk boutonnieres and corsages were just as beautifully crafted. Every arrangement felt intentional, sophisticated, and uniquely ours.

Beyond her incredible talent, Christen is simply a joy to work with. She made us feel heard throughout the entire process and somehow transformed our ideas into something even more beautiful than we had imagined. That's a rare gift.

I cannot recommend Hedonia Flowers highly enough. If I'm ever planning another celebration, Christen will be my very first call.

They beautifully executed the floral vision we had in mind while still keeping everything within our budget, which we appreciated so much. On top of that, they worked seamlessly with both of our venues to recycle our florals and reduce flower waste, which was such a meaningful touch.

Every review is 100% true. Christen is absolutely phenomenal, and I would recommend her and her team to anyone who needs florals. When I started planning, I knew that I wanted a floral-heavy wedding. I have been heavily influenced by gorgeous centerpieces on Pinterest, and I wanted to incorporate some of those ideas into the wedding. I love that Christen wanted a mood-board for the event and she was able to run with it and create my dream proposal. I feel so lucky that my vision was able to come to life in a cost-effective way. From day one, Christen was incredibly kind and responsive. She sketched up designs when I couldn't articulate or find what I was looking for (which made for a stunning chuppah), she checked in often, and she was transparent every step of the way. I fully teared up when I arrived at the venue on the day of the wedding because the team absolutely blew my mind. I wish I could work with her all over again.

I met with Christen at her insanely adorable studio a few times over the course of the wedding planning process. The first time I came in, I immediately felt her excitement for my vision and ideas. I wanted a whimsical, fairytale, muted pastel, garden vibe, and I got that and so much more! She helped me create the perfect balance of romance and whimsy, and guided me on what flowers to use, how many candles to have, and how to design the larger pieces for my event like the Chuppah and the large, beautiful staircase at my venue. I wanted a larger Chuppah than they had available, and Christen and her team BUILT ONE FROM SCRATCH. Everything was an absolute dream and Hedonia Flowers should be your first and only choice for any event you are having.

- Hedonia provides pricing upfront, unlike many florists (and let’s be honest, many wedding vendors in general). I found their pricing to be reasonable for the Chicago market and the value for money incredible considering the beautiful flowers they are able to source.
- Christen and her team are a dream to work with. Communication was easy and Christen offered helpful suggestions and refined my vision into a clear, executable plan. We took an opportunity to meet her in her studio and get a sample arrangement, and she was LOVELY in person. The care they put into the work clearly shows and it made us comfortable and relaxed putting our wedding in Hedonia’s hands!!
- The day of execution… it was beyond my wildest dreams!! When it comes to flowers, I tried to keep my expectations reasonable … between weather and the supply chain, you can never really guarantee how your flowers are going to turn out… but when my personal flowers arrived I nearly cried with joy! Christen and her team executed perfectly and even secured some of the most beautiful peonies for my late June wedding (which I convinced myself would be a long shot). When we got to the venue, I was blown away at how the team arranged the beautiful ceremony and reception flowers. From the table flowers and candles to the flower accents on the escort display, Hedonia went above and beyond to make the space beautiful and better than I could have imagined. Even our guests noticed and complimented how beautiful it all looked.
