Best wedding and reception with Madlove

Madelene and Melinda were amazing to work with. As a Cambodian-American bride, with a strong identity to both cultures, I was having a hard time finding someone who could capture the essence of what it’s like to grow up and listen to Khmer music and mainstream American music and have all your memorable experiences be shaped by that. I am so so grateful I found Madlove and that they were able to deliver exactly what I wanted and recreate that nostalgia, but also they paid attention to the crowd and what they were feeling. Our wedding day was the best day ever and they made our reception time even more memorable. All of our friends and family were getting down to the Khmer music and it made me so proud! I loved seeing all of our friends embrace our fun dances like Madizone and Romvong. Highly recommend these amazing people to make your special day the best it can be!

Couldn't have pictured our night without MadLove!

We were luckily enough to have MadLove as the photographer and DJ for our wedding reception! We knew we would be in great hands with how much professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail they showed in our first meeting!

Maddy worked with us on a complete shot list to capture our love story and was able to pivot when we wanted any changes. On the day of the event, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed; Maddy was able to incorporate our cultures into these photos, which nothing but professionalism and care. We were even able to get some sneak peeks before the end of the night!

Mel took time to understand the type of music we wanted during our event, including music from our different culture backgrounds. Her energy throughout the night was unmatched and she was able to read the crowd to keep us on the dance floor – as well as being able to listen to our guests when they had suggestions!

There were slight changes to the timeline on the day of the event, but Maddy and Mel adapted quickly and seamlessly. If you’re looking for a team to elevate your celebration, you NEED MadLove! They are great at their jobs and they are great people!

Hire this Dynamic Duo!!

I can't say enough good things about Maddy + Melinda and MadLove LLC! I had the pleasure of working with these 2 at an epic backyard wedding this past weekend. The wedding was classic clash of cultures with the bride being from Colombia and the groom being from Boston by way of Italy. The vibes couldn't have been more immaculate! Every song on the playlist not only HIT, but totally fit the cross culture energy the happy couple was looking for! By the time I was wrapping up with photos around 10:30pm, Maddy + Melinda were still rocking the dance floor!

If you are searching for some super down to earth and extremely talented DJs, this duo is a must hire!

I had a blast working with y'all and hope to do it again soon!

Best Decision Ever!!!

Choosing MadLove was the best decision we made in our wedding planning!! Madelene and Melinda were kind, thoughtful, and calm throughout the entire planning process, and really helped us nail down what we wanted in terms of timing/music. On the day of (and after!) the most common theme we heard from our guests was "your DJ was AMAZING!!". To top it off, Madelene's day-of coordinating took so much stress off my plate. I felt I could trust her with everything, because I knew she really cared and would approach each moment with kindness and compassion.

They truly made the day magical for us. I am so happy we went with MadLove!!

Highly Recommend MadLove!

We couldn’t recommend MadLove strongly enough! Maddy and Mel are one of a kind. They are not only so unique and talented at what they do, but they are also absolute gems as humans. They were understanding and creative when working with us from start until finish. Mel understood our vision for a packed dance floor, and worked so well with following our timeline. Maddy wore countless hats on our actual wedding day, going above and beyond to not only capture our most cherished moments, but to also offer her help for anything needed. Our guests left the wedding weekend raving about both of them, which says it all!

Everyone keeps saying how great the DJ was!

From our first consult Zoom call, Maddy and Mel were attentive, thoughtful, and thorough in their interactions with us. We felt at ease with their kind demeanor and especially appreciated their patience in helping us learn a new app to select must-play songs at our wedding. They helped us customize a package and it was exactly what we needed for our event. We decided to have an alcohol-free event, yet Maddy and Mel were able to get everyone on the dance floor with a high-energy selection of songs. I caught myself saying "oh, I love this song!" a number of times -- and so did many of our guests.

Thank you, Maddy and Mel, for being a huge part of our celebration. We are so grateful for your attention to detail and professionalism. We want that playlist -- it was so good!

Amazing and Highly Recommended

We were very fortunate to have gotten in touch with Maddie and DJ Melody for our wedding. As to be expected my wife and I were new to all of this wedding planning stuff and was lost at times. After our very first meeting with Maddie and Mel, they answered all of our questions and even informed us of stuff we hadn’t even thought of yet. Super thorough and informative. We knew we had picked the right ones for wedding. We initially only wanted DJ services but after speaking with them, we more than gladly took their other services they offered ( day-of-coordinator aka life-saver lol). The day of the wedding went as smooth as we could have hoped for, the music was great and the day of coordinator was a godsend. They both made it so that we could enjoy our very special day without unnecessary stress’s and help make it a day that we will always remember. They even provided us with some bonus video clips and those blew us away! Maddie and Mel are the best at what they do and we would highly recommend them to anyone that has a special occasion planned and want the best!!!

Great to work with

Melinda and Maddy provided DJ, Emcee, and Videography services for our wedding in Waltham, MA and we couldn't have been more grateful to the two of them for all the entertainment and vibes they provided. They were really great and easy to work with, and really attentive in addressing our questions and suggestions. The dance floor was popping all night and we can't wait to get our videos. This pair did a fantastic job and we would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else looking for their services.

Best DJ Ever!

Melinda and Maddy are the best! We hired them for our wedding and they went above and beyond our expectations. Maddy was great as an MC. Very professional and organized. She was pivotal in keeping things moving smoothly. Melinda’s skills as a DJ are unmatched! She’s has an amazing sense to read the room and keep the dance floor lit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our wedding was Amazing

Maddie and Dj Melody, we could not thank you both enough for being so accommodating to my husband and I on our wedding day.
It was evident that we were a little stressed from the beginning (not from them of course), so they did whatever they can to help us feel more relaxed. We appreciated everything they did to make things go smooth and next thing you know, we were stress free.
In addition, the music was 🔥 . Every one was dancing their butt off.
Thank you both ! We highly recommend MadLove for your next event . You won’t disappoint. We look forward to working with you guys again for whatever future events we have planned.
