I am so glad I had Ali to alter my wedding gown! She did an exquisite job, including helping to create the most flawless bustle! She goes above and beyond to make every little detail perfect and also offered me additional advice/help as I figured out what veil I wanted and what other special touches I wanted to add to my wedding day look. I am so grateful for her and made by anatomy!

I used Made By Anatomy for my bridal gown alterations, and I would use Ali all over again if I could! From start to finish, I had full confidence in Ali and her team to make my dress fit like a glove and they hit the nail on the head! I was nervous the points in my dress with the deep V neck would crease and bend, but Ali was able to make sure that wouldn't be the case after two trials. She is magic and a sweetheart! I knew I was in love when at my first appointment, the simple gesture of unwrapping my wedding heels out of the box and helping me put them did not go unnoticed. It is little details like that that truly make a bride feel special

I reached out to them in a panic: my Hayley Paige dress was stuck in Canada, it needed to be altered & I had no idea when it would arrive. INSTANTLY on the phone Ali put me at ease. I had to change my initial appointment because my dress had not arrived & Ali and Joy assured me we would be fine.
Once I received my dress and went to my initial fitting Joy again put me at ease when she said she's worked on my exact gown before!
Over the course of 3 fittings - cups were added, straps were shortened & all 8 layers of my dress were shortened as well!
AND THATS NOT ALL!
We even had a mask and Groom's tie made out of the scrap material from my dress! (let's be honest, did you even have a 2020 wedding if there's no mask?!)
Ultimately, I'm happy that the borders remained closed and I was unable to get my dress altered at the shop where I purchased it. I'm thrilled I had the opportunity to work with these ladies and would encourage anyone looking for alterations or something a little more custom to check them out!

EDIT TO ADD: Follow-up service was incredible too! (Not shocked!) I received an email asking to leave feedback and they also wanted to see if I was interested in cleaning and perservation. AND picked up the dress from me AND will do a minor repair before cleaning (because I danced the night away and had a small rip).

Joy took my circa 1984 wedding dress and turned it into an absolutely gorgeous cocktail dress for my daughter to wear at her rehearsal dinner. It was an amazingly fun project and Joy lives up to her name, she was a delight. She also tailored my daughter’s wedding dress expertly and created a perfect bustle for her. Wonderful work!

Ali and Joy did a fantastic job with the modifications, repairs and alterations on my daughter's wedding gown. The gown came in with a defective zipper that Ali replaced- twice! She then created a detachable train/bustle that truly made it a one of a kind gown! And on top of that she personally delivered the finished gown to our hotel suite at the venue the week of the wedding. She went above and beyond to give my daughter the gown of her dreams.

Made by Anatomy is an experience like no other. I came to Ali with an idea for a crop top wedding dress. She came up with several designs and lots of fabric options. It is such a special feeling to know that your wedding dress is completely unique and designed just for you. Ali is fun to work with, and it feels so special to have private consultations and fittings in their adorable shop.

I bought a gorgeous designer gown direct from the designer herself for my wedding this past June. I was worried about finding someone that I could trust to do a great job on a very expensive gown, until I met Ali! She was an incredible professional and all around amazing person.
