Michelle was helpful at the bridal event and sold me on fine made Italian dresses. When it came to ordering it was a headache but my dress was amazing!

I was very pleased with the patience & guidance these women showed me while I shopped for my dream gown. I was recommended to them by my sister in law & I am so happy I did. Sevum who altered my dress also came to my house on my wedding day to get me dressed. She was amazing with all the personal details. Happy Bride!! :) Renee

My stylist was very kind and accommodating while I was trying dresses. Although I was not able to say yes to the dress I felt very comfortable about what I like. I even had a follow up call with my stylist checking in to see if I was able to find my dress! I’d definitely recommend!

After months of looking for the right dress on thanksgiving weekend, i decided on a whim to call Cherry Hill Macy's Bridal salon. I had been looking for dresses and unable to find anything that I loved. They were great. They gave me an appointment that very day. I went in and met with Maire. I have to say, the line, Demetrios, the dresses are incredible. All of the dresses i tried on were absolutely beautiful. Definitely different from anything else I had been seeing and trying on elsewhere. After trying on a few dresses I not only found one that I fell completely in love with, I also fell in love with my sales woman, Marie. She was so amazing. The sweetest lady I have had the pleasure to meet during this process so far. She listened to me. Heard what I was saying and what I was looking for. The entire process was great, from start to finish. I put a deposit down on my dress and will be going back in a few weeks to put more down and get it on order. I cant thank her enough. She was so great. Shirley was so sweet too. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing them. Thinking about going back and adopting Marie as my grandmom! Best experience so far!!!

I got my bridesmaids dresses at Macy's bridal and I absolutely DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from this store. We ordered the dresses in September for my June wedding. They estimated that the dresses would be in, in December and they'd call me to let me know when they were in. Well, I waited patiently until January and still no call. I ended up calling them, and at that point they told me that the dresses would be late... I shouldn't expect them until late April/early May! They really didn't have a good reason, but assured me that they were working on getting them earlier and that they would have someone continually following up with me on the status. Well, my follow-up calls never came. I called every few weeks and was told that the date would kept being pushed back. I still never got a straight answer as to why. Finally, the dresses came in at the END of May. They didn't even call me to tell me that they finally came in. I found out on another one of my follow-up calls to them. Stay away from this store!! Pretty dresses but HORRIBLE customer service and definitely not worth the stress.
